I've always wondered where we got the "learn to swim" tag. I think that happened while I was injured for a spell and couldn't bring myself to read the thread.
Yeah, only video I could find but it's one of two ways to wrap your and when a callus rips.
Think it had something to do with someone saying “learn to swim” because you’d be swimming in pussy after the gainz.
Then again, it could have been much more boring and stemmed from a conversation about actual swimming. The world may never know.

My arms are straight at the triple extension but once the bar reaches my belly button my elbows begin to bend to get under the bar.

He did. He was my first coach then he started dating my ex so I switched over to Hani. I’ve heard from 4 women I know personally that he did that shit to and it’s absolutely disgusting. Add on him being a mediocre to below average coach and I’m glad he’s gone. TSA is a great group and doesn’t need to be associated with that

Harassment that was starting to move into predator behavior. Would message girls with the “hey I see you’re just starting to lift that’s great!” And then slowly start flirting with them then just hit them with dick pics, sexting, etc. if they tried to push back and tell him it’s not ok he’d flip out. “Wtf is wrong with you. You like the attention don’t you? Wouldn’t you rather fuck your coach than your husband?” Shit like that. There’s a good bit more, but that’s the general gist of the saga

So, I'm finally getting into this whole macros thing.
Current MyFitnessPal settings are at 3,280 calories, 410 carbs, 164 protein, 2300 sodium, 123 sugar at my 5'11 195 body. I seem to go way under carbs most days, over protein, way over sodium, and way under sugar. I have no idea where I got these settings from but wondering if this is reasonable or I'm completely wrong, I literally have no idea what I'm doing.
Got a 165(PR) x 2 OHP today, that was nice.

You could probably bump your protein to 195 and lower your carbs to 380. Drinking a Gatorade during your training is a great way to get in some sugar and extra calories.
I eat a ton of rice, bread, pasta; seems strange that I'm way under carbs. Thought I'd be over. Drink G2 while working out, actually prefer it to regular Gatorade.
My diet isn't bad, my drinking isn't great. Do appreciate all your input.
May want to try switching out some of that bread and pasta for more rice. For me at least, I can eat a ton of white rice and not be miserably full like I would with the other 2.

I’m training in sweats every day since our gym owner apparently has a deep rooted hatred for turning the heat on. Otherwise team leggings with no shorts

She started me at C: 238, F: 101, and P: 182. Hopefully I’ll find a happy median.

There is a difference between sweats and joggers.
Sweats are under $10 and I cut the scrunchie off the bottom. Joggers are what my tenants wear when they go to court.

I've gotten pretty lightheaded when doing volume full body stuff. Seems like CrossFit is a great way to faint, especially if you don't hydrate yourself properly.
