Lost all tension in my core in the hole of a squat... Not super heavy or near failure, just maybe lack of focus. Have full range, but I can feel it is weak. I deloaded and could do 225, but not w/out feeling it. Was able to snatch normally, about to clean and jerk, clean might hurt as weight goes up

For pretty much my whole 20s, took everything in me to workout. Now, it takes everything in me to take a full rest day. Leaves this pit in my stomach though I know my body needs it.
Feeling fine. Knee is holding up which is my only joint issue right now. Just glad I’m still training up to the meet so I don’t go insane

Most likely from form. Is it right on the front of your delt? Might slack back on the weight and focus on keeping your elbows in more. That was my problem and I still struggle with it cause I have long ass arms.
Also helped when I used dumbbells to hold them at a 45 degree angle in my hands instead of straight parallel like using a barbell.

Got 410X7 on hex bar today, maybe a 8/10 hard but was pretty sore going in. My brother has autism(live close and we work out a few times a week) and have him up to 340x8, proud of him. His presses aren't that great but strong legs. Only weighs like 170.

My legs are absolute jello. I was almost completely burnt out after my first 3 sets. ended up with 270x4 on my 1+ set. and breezed through bench with 250x8 for my 1+
Capstone fired me after I told him he wasn’t qualified for power lifting and should stick to CrossFit. Divorce thread will just tell you to eat his ass, which knowing you, you already do.
Apparently my stomach has gotten weaker in my old age and some wheys don't agree with me. I use the 6-Star whey isolate and don't have any issues. Some of the cheapest whey isolate around, too.

Hook Grip is amazing and it's fucking awful when I can't use it. Respect that shot so much more I cut my thumb pre super bowl and can't use hook grip. Heavy hang cleans are miserable trying to hold on to the bar. It's in my finger tips at the end of my pull. Last two sets are at 100 and not sure I can hold the bar

Plan today was to work up to 1 rep PR OHP. Was going along fine till my 2nd to last set of 155 which I was gonna do once. Somehow, my brain switched from the plan to that was the easiest 155 has ever been so I'm gonna go for reps and got 4. Good news, I got at least 1(not sure if my highest 3 set was 150 or 155) more than I ever have. Bad news, I wore myself out on that set.
