    It's just a tweak, it's happened before when I've gotten lazy on my technique. Fortunately I think I'll have a deload on my program next week.

    It does make me think about my next purchase. I was leaning toward getting a new Rep bench and then the EliteFTS yoke bar the next time it goes on sale. Had thought about also a GHD, but now am thinking about a back raise. This seems to be the most "common" injury I get (~2x/year, or so it seems).

    best thing I ever did for my back was the McGill big 3. No equipment needed. Can also try the Hatfield back raise on a bench.

    Took a day off for my shoulder to heal a bit before today shoulder workout. It's been cranky. Not sure what triggered it. But sounds like rice crispy treats rn.

    3x8 beltless deficit RDL @315 after zercher squats, that was quite spicy. Gonna start pushing conventional again next month, should be close to 5 plates.

    i started doing more direct arm work before vacation. but nothing like this. Been working in a set or 2 rotating Bi's and Tris during the week as well on top of my arm day.

    Finally opened up my Rogue Jammer pull-up bar package.

    First thoughts:

    The bar will come in handy. Not for pullups but for the eventual hunger games war that will break out. It's 3' of solid steel and is my first choice to beat a motherfucker at the meat aisle.

    The bracket is slightly thicker than your average tv bracket. But powder coated which is important for some reason.

    This could prob be made for $20 at Home Depot and with unused tv bracket.

    Yeah I feel for yous. I know a bunch of guys who have no access or limited access. Getting a rack is incredibly hard rn. Which is funny because one of hensleya enemy's videos popped up and he was talking about how he got an Rogue SML2 but doesn't use it anymore because he's doing "heavier lifts." Lolol The fucking guy barely benches 2 plates.

    Foot/ankle was feeling weird after a run last week and now it's stiffer then a board, I can barely hobble around. Please don't tell me I somehow sprained an ankle on a jog I can't be that unathletic

    Finally looked up who this Coop fella is and saw some video of him maxing all his lifts from a year or 2 ago. I don't know, he definitely doesn't look like someone who can hit the numbers he did and yes does seem like a massive dildo

    was discussing making adjustable dumbbells with a friend and a few ideas came up he is going to try. The best idea i thought was to use a piece of chain, a caribiner, a D-handle, and just load 5s,10s, or 25s onto the chain as he needed. The other was to try a loading pin land attach a D-handle. would not be good for all lifts, but would make due until prices come back into reason.

    We have had so much food delivered to our office over the past month, it's ridiculous. And really took the deload week seriously to let the back heal. I feel like a super heavyweight...
