This seems to be the most "common" injury I get (~2x/year, or so it seems).
best thing I ever did for my back was the McGill big 3. No equipment needed. Can also try the Hatfield back raise on a bench.

Finally opened up my Rogue Jammer pull-up bar package. First thoughts: The bar will come in handy. Not for pullups but for the eventual hunger games war that will break out. It's 3' of solid steel and is my first choice to beat a motherfucker at the meat aisle. The bracket is slightly thicker than your average tv bracket. But powder coated which is important for some reason. This could prob be made for $20 at Home Depot and with unused tv bracket. TLDR Spoiler I am a rogue cuck

was discussing making adjustable dumbbells with a friend and a few ideas came up he is going to try. The best idea i thought was to use a piece of chain, a caribiner, a D-handle, and just load 5s,10s, or 25s onto the chain as he needed. The other was to try a loading pin land attach a D-handle. would not be good for all lifts, but would make due until prices come back into reason.
