First day out of quarantine. Just go in with the expectation you’ll be tired/work capacity will be reduced. Take a day to a week to ease back in. Just do what you can without over exerting

I had a bad experience with this. First day of improvement I tried light intervals on the treadmill and felt like I was having a heart attack ten minutes in. Tried working out a week afterwards and my bench press still hasn’t recovered (I made it through bench before deciding to stop bc I could tell it was a bad idea). Like capstone said very light work to start out. I’d probably wait a full week or two from symptom resolution before I started doing anything. That’s hindsight for me
Deadlifted today then had to take a hour plus break then tried squatting and my back never felt so tight in my life. Rolled back out and stretched again but didn’t matter. At least deadlifts were solid How do you powerlifting bros stay loose when you have hour plus breaks in between?
it is more frustration than fear if I get it soon bc of this . starting back up around May 2021 after a very long lifting gap was rough so it would suck to lose so much after being in a good routine
I had some pretty upsetting long term side effects despite a milder course. Don’t push it and listen to your body is best advice I can give

1st place in wraps was between Chad Penson and Blake Lehew Lehew got 2 white lights on a clear fail to win and Garrett Fear making a huge deal about it on commentary. Lehew would have been 0/3 in deads Penson also had a misload on third squat
what are the payouts? Seems like he got 3rd, the 140kg crazy fuck bleeding all over the place got 2nd. He was entertaining but didn't lock his deadlifts out. Still have no idea how a guy who didn't get a down signal, didn't control the weight on the way down, and had 1 leg fall like 2 feet forward was awarded a good lift.
I can’t remember the exact amounts but I *think* best lifter is $25k So there’s another video showing him getting the down command. BUT WRPF rules have some super vague language about moving your feet before the bar hits the floor. Plus, possible downward motion on his right side. It looks slightly better than it did earlier but I’d red light it all day.
