Yeah, don’t really care and not his fault. Using the kabuki bar across untested is the only thing I have a gripe with.
Rogue and Texas DL bars were fine. Duffin just had to make things weird per usual. Grigs has the most technically proficient pull of all time. The way he levers the bar up and locks his hips in is amazing. Legitimately looks like a machine.
Been having posterior shoulder pain on the right side for over a month now. When I bench it really gets me. How fucked am I? I’m guessing it’s either impingement or rotator cuff? I haven’t really lifted hard at all in about a month so I figured the rest would resolve it. It did not. I’m sad.
Supposedly a physical altercation between him and Garrett Fear Lesson to all, don’t talk badly about a man who willingly splits his head open by slamming his head into the barbell before a squat
i just kept wondering what his training process is like? does he smash his face into the bar every set in training?
He trained under/with Eric Lilliebridge for a while. So yea, it’s pretty high intensity training. He’s also 24….
To be honest, these people lived that hard life and ate straight paleo and faught unicorns. The only thing that resemble vegetables on this island are potatos, turnips, and mayo.
https://www.costco.com/inspire-fitn...-subscription-included.product.100486673.html Anyone have this functional trainer or know anything about it? hensleya
Haven’t used it, but it’s a very popular home gym FT. Doesn’t have a huge stack at 165lbs, and with a 2:1 ratio, you’re looking at a max felt load of 82.5lbs per pulley. So really just depends on how you plan to use it.
ok. I’m looking for something for accessory work. I can’t decide between a functional trainer like that or whether I should get the powertec workbench multi system.
In Mexico. I can get HGH, anabol, test, etc. Lmk if you need some stuff. I think one or two places have creatine if you want to go into harder stuff than base steroids
i checked reddit, $10 is topless posts, everything else is ppv. ive never pulled the trigger on any of these, but i remember megfitfreak started one and someone sent her OF pics to her mom. seems like her ig is gone now.
That looks like the slow mo version, he pulled it fast. Didn't try 505, think he had at least 495 in him.
I did laugh. Went to get some soap and after my wife walked out the lady gave me the menu if viagra and various steroids
Years ago I accidentally brushed my teeth with tap water in Mexico and had the runs for days. Resort called in some “doctor” who gave me some pills I’d never heard of and told me they would perk me up. When I got back to the states I googled the pills and they were some fringe anabolic steroid
All of the blood values are on the high end regardless of time of year, but definitely run high during certain parts. Donate blood every 8 weeks, cardio, etc keeps me in relative line.
hensleya What are your thoughts on Exxentric flywheel trainers? I’m looking specifically at the floor one, not the tower.
What would be some of the negatives, besides price? Do they jump around on you, if you’re too exuberant on the concentric phase. I’m mostly looking at them for lower body exercises, but what upper body exercises can you do, besides curls and rows? Sorry to pepper you with questions on it, but I wanted some insight since you’ve obviously used one.
i've been doing front squat for the past year as my secondary squat and just swapped it for pin squats. feels like going from running in sand to pavement. i don't even do proper front squats, i flip an SSB backwards, but holy fuck i hate them.
Ended up buying one and am doing my first workout with it right now. Some guy was selling used ones and picked one up for cheap. Really liking the feel of overloading the eccentric phase. It’s also REALLY well built, so I can see this lasting a long time.
Right on! Sorry I wasn’t able to get to your last message before you purchased. Glad you’re liking it. It’s a great piece.
I mean, you’re a great resource for TMB, but you hardly owe any of us your opinion on everything at all times, just b/c we tag/quote you. You are appreciated, though.
