and just a few days before the big dude was posting about how he learned to deal with adversity in life.
Well he's been banned from the Gym he was at and trained clients. So it seems like he'll be dealing with some adversity
What ear buds do y’all use for gym? The ones I have had for a few months turned out to not be sweat proof.
Apparently these were in stock at a distribution center near me and I already have them in my possession. Thank you
So Toomey had a kid and seems to be more ripped and “fit” than ever at like 32, definitely seems normal especially for a female Hooper is such a freak but need Thor to get his pressing back, sick of this goat talk with Hooper
Where did Colton Engelbrecht come from? Have been under a rock. Dudes just casually pulling over 1,000lbs
Does anyone in here do much kettlebell work? I like them, but really only supplement with them. I will usually add a kettlebell exercise at the end of a leg day as a finisher, or once every few weeks, will do a full kettlebell leg day, in place of traditional lifts.
Came from nowhere and just started wrecking everyone was the comparison to Hooper He’s South African and first big meet is gonna be Big Dogs which is a pretty legendary competition
I do the same thing as a finisher. Do 3-4 sets of 10-15 to train hip extension and a small amount of elevated heart rate. They’re probably pretty good from a metabolic conditioning tool.
I use them a lot. I’ve basically stopped going to the gym and only work out at home so I bought a few heavier ones for leg days.
Luke Stoltman’s wife just posted on IG that he’s been cheating on her for years with men and women and is currently having an affair with Melissa Peacock(sorry capstone)
He’s got like 1 more year in the sport, isn’t terribly surprising anyone got a huge head in the YouTube era Incredibly shitty to do that with a baby, Peacock will likely get it way worse than him
I’ve trying to talk my wife into letting me pull the trigger on a rowing machine this past week. Send good vibes my way.
Evening. 38 years old and test came back at 338 which was ann improvement year over year but still not great. Should I consider TRT? Will insurance cover it?
Insurance won't cover unless you're outside of reference range or you have some diagnosis that requires it so you don't die. Is your diet/stress/sleep in line? Also something like enclomiphene could be an option to explore before going full blown TRT. One of my friends tripled his total on it
My diagnosis is stress caused from not having a bigger ass. It’s cyclical, as the stress depresses my test levels and therefore my gains. You have attention on enclomiphene. What is it?
I'm not going to try to explain it because I'll do a horrible job. But this is where he got it from/through. I'm currently taking sermorelin from them also https://blokes.co/enclomiphene/?gad...92ooKWF2rP0Pw8fchxpMX7JBL6JJCBehoCRa0QAvD_BwE
