I don't think so. I started off at .5 twice a week. My goal has been to keep by total test above 900.
As an old guy lifting all naturally, seeing all these young people trying to take shortcuts makes me so sad for the world. Younger generations just don’t understand hard work.
Any of you fellow olds have any tips on dealing with tendinitis type pain in the wrist that doesn't involve wearing wraps in public? Already on an anti-inflammatory diet. Stretches or ice, maybe? Doesn't hurt when I'm doing bicep work...moreso if I'm carry something outside of a weightlifting form (a dog, a kid, a box with one arm, etc.).
Wife was at the PT yesterday just starting. It wasn’t carpal or nerve issues but they pretty much told her it’s overuse and gave her exercises and stretches.
No, I haven't seen anyone about it. I was hoping to try a few things at home first. Found a few stretch/exercise pages so I'll start with ice and the lady Simon Templar move first
Try Voodoo floss. It’s helped me every time with wrist and/or elbow problems. I have a bible bump on my wrist that flares up from time to time. The floss makes a big difference. Wrap it up tight and then just put it through various ranges of motion for a couple of minutes before removing. Do it daily until hopefully the pain subsides.
No doctor here but the general consensus is it's mostly a waste of time and money, and the side effects can suck. If you don't want to jump to testosterone then I would look into HCG. Also, if this is fertility stuff then also look into HCG.
Anyways, I’ve been prescribed Clomid. Doc wanted to start with it, and said if I don’t like it or T levels don’t improve after 6 weeks we could look at gel or injections. Thanks to everyone for the kind words and support.
Upper 200s. Not great Also before we go any further I’m just looking for feedback from folks that have tried it or are on it. Also If you’re a pharmacist, doc, etc I’m all ears, but not really interested in bro chat about t boosters.
That’s an impressive response to enclomiphene. Any reason you don’t want to get the # into the higher reference range to maximize all the health benefits of testosterone? If this isn’t through a doctor you’d definitely be able to get prescribed test by someone who’s educated and versed in practical application of hormones with your baseline #.
Recently started taking creatine, 5mg a day and I don't know why I have never taken it regularly. I'm a quick 30-45min lifter, and I can power through 3 sets of 10 with about 6-8 lifts in that time frame and still feel like I got more in me. Also, I'm a 33 year old going on 60. Test levels are above normal for my age, and so is my A1C and cholesterol.
I lifted a weight for the first time in 17 days. That’s the longest I’ve gone without lifting in a decade.
Congrats on your newb gains. Probably lost all your muscle, but it'll come back quickly with proper creatine usage
For the fellow barebells enjoyers, I just tried the newer salted peanut carmel bar and it's crazy good. Legit almost like a candy bar.
