According to TMZ Sports, McFadden had the police called on him after he fell asleep in the drive-thru of a Dallas-area Whataburger over the weekend. When police arrived, McFadden resisted arrest. During his arrest, two of his car windows were smashed. According to TMZ Sports, McFadden has been charged with DWI and resisting arrest following the incident.

Had both What A Burger and In N Out on my trip to Texas this past week In N Out by a fucking mile Also WAB forgot to put cheese on the burger when I explicitly requested they do so. Who the fuck thinks this place is king? Also WAB fries taste like someone took McDonald’s fries, forgot to add salt, let them sit on the dashboard of a car with the windows closed and then served them with the cheese less burger I was given.
