The bucs signing a 42 yo QB, only for either the season to not happen, or for him to quit before season starts would be the most bucs thing ever
It would be very on brand for the bucs to give the world to a 60 year old wooden statue when they no nobody to protect him.
i imagine after the second week of preseason here in 95 degree 100% humidity after getting blindsided every other snap, with 0 running game, he just says screw this, I’m out
He’s not worth that kind of money at this point in his career. He sucked for all but a few games this year.
Hard to really say he sucked. May he did, but any QB would have struggled with that set of weapons on offense.
TB has Evans and Godwin but does Brady have the arm strength anymore for a downfield vertical offense? just don’t think those 2 can thrive with Brady throwing 8 yard slants
I thought they made the most sense, but apparently now they are sticking with Jimmy G. Between the Bucs and Chargers, I’m tempted to say the Bucs but I’m not positive. I’m sure Evans and Godwin look mighty appealing, but Brady throwing to Ekeler and Hunter Henry seems like it would be right in his wheelhouse.
Week 2 of quarantine: Bill Simmons and Malcolm Gladwell's Tom Brady/Joe Paterno mailbag episode sure was dark
