alright, so like... prolly safe to pull Son and Dele off and get those 2 guys I've never heard of in the rotation
You can NOT let Son keep running forward. One of those two defenders should have stepped to him and make him veer left or right. You'll still likely get beat but you have to try.
One of my Xmas gifts was one of these dark away kits and I got to choose which player name. It's wild that anyone can supplant the literal legend Harry Kane, but my Son kit is flying across the Atlantic any day now.
And Llorente. Skipp is showing off his direct passing, twice in just a few minutes creating key chances.
Pretty low scoring American Football match, just one TD and the second half is almost over. Two minute warning coming up soon.
Ugh. Story in the (legitimate) papers is that Eriksen has a contract from Spurs for 200k-250k p/w, aka Kane Money, on the table but he's waiting for Real first. If we lose Poche, Toby and Eriksen over the next 5 months it will be pretty sad. Everything but match days this season has been depressing.
Ya, supposedly Eriksen, if you believe the scuttlebutt of ITK from the past few months (taken with an entire mine full of salt) Real is the one club Eriksen is waiting on. Then this... https://www.independent.co.uk/sport...ntract-barcelona-january-window-a8715461.html
Yes, I read some of it, but I was under the impression he was waiting on Barca. I know it is only one club, and if it is Real, I think it is an awful choice for him. They are a mess right now. If e goes, I will gladly take Isco back. Same age.
https://bit.ly/2RGtnds The 46-year-old Argentine has guided Spurs to fifth, third, second and third in his four completed league seasons since joining from Southampton in 2014. "I hope, or I wish to be here 20 years, and decide to leave or to finish my career here," said Pochettino. "I am so focused here, and want to help the club to achieve what the club want to be in history." He added: "It would be fantastic. I am so happy to be here. I am so happy to work in that pressure. Why not?" Later in the article he mentions the needs to spend and strengthen the squad. gonna be a lot of pressure on levy and ENIC.
We're playing. Kane with an early bicycle kick effort, on target but off his shin so it didn't have enough oomph. End to end stuff so far.
Harry Kane's confidence makes my tummy feel funny. That rocket from outside the box was so powerful and flat.
Largely inviting pressure, playing around the back and then chucking it forward when we've run out of options. Not sure why the midfield isn't offering a path out.
i dont feel like winks can do that against a side like this, at least from what we've seen lately. hopefully he's still getting his sea legs, though i feel like he has had enough of an opportunity
Still young, confident that he's gonna be a mainstay for us. Chelsea of course has tons of talent for him to contend with and Hazard is seriously super human. He is drifting all over the front and has limitless energy to press if not in possession.
