Eriksen finding his shooting boots the past few weeks is a big plus going forward, if Harry stays healthy and Dele, Son, and Eriksen are all chipping in with goals we are going to be fine down the stretch. The defense has been solid even without Toby for the most part, so getting him back in time for the holiday fixtures is a plus as well.
I liked our UA kits and am a little apprehensive that we'll be stuck with some generic template that Nike offers to all of their teams.
What was UA paying us per year? 25m just to make the kits and toss a little nike swoosh on there seems like a good deal.
The teams directly above us basically all play each other over the holidays while we have a pretty weak stretch of opponents, this is where we can make up a lot of ground and jump back into the top 4 if we take care of business. Arsenal face Everton and City in December while City also take on Liverpool on New Years Eve.
At least you literally don't have to worry about trying to win the Premier League. Like fucking clockwork, February and Arsenal Clemson-ing are right around the corner. Let me preempt your mind the gap/Arsenal finishing above Spurs comment by acknowledging that that is also like clockwork, thank you in advance.
I really hate Europa but its generally been because of those horrific group stage games in shitty eastern european towns. Dropping in for the knockout rounds wont be as bad and itll be good getting more games at Wembley to get that shit luck out of it
Good read on Kane being the deadliest striker in all the land http://www.skysports.com/football/n...emier-leagues-top-finisher-so-far-this-season
Nobody ITT gives a fuck about your thoughts on Tottenham fwiw. Sincerely, Ace And Alexis is going to be scoring goals in your home town of Shanghai next season.
In other news I just realized that United are in the fucking Ukraine today for a match, that should leave them in rough shape for this weekend.
Not a fan of the gold, but the rest are pretty tight. Probably won't end up looking anything like these.
Any of our past home kits would look amazing without the red AIA. I really hope we get a new sponsor when the current deal with AIA is up.
I don't mind the faded crest, they look pretty good with them. Not saying they wouldn't look better without but I kind of dig them. In other news, we really need to make a statement at Old Trafford tomorrow and pile even more misery onto the city of Manchester. A win brings us above City into the top 4.
Wampa agreed for you guys to win by 8 so that you put Watford ahead of United on the table. Thanks in advance
This is a huge match this morning. if we win it then we head into the congested holiday fixture period on a high and should be able to close the gap on the teams ahead of us. City play both Arsenal and Liverpool over that time so there has to be some dropped points to take advantage of. It would also kill off any hopes United has of mounting a top 4 challenge this season, which is always a plus. We have won 3, drawn 3, and lost 2 in our last 8 vs. United. I want to see the lineups before an official score assessment but leaning towards the top lads coming out on top, 2-1.
Now that we have most players available (excluding Lamela) it will be interesting to see who Poch starts today. Winksy has been brilliant but I'm not sure he gets back to back starts after playing midweek.
Tottenham Hotspur @SpursOfficial 14m14 minutes ago #THFC: Lloris (C); Walker, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Rose; Wanyama, Dembele; Eriksen, Dele, Son; Kane. #COYS That is the lineup I was expecting and hoping for. Good to have the best CB in the league back for this encounter, no excuses for not getting all 3.
United starting a bunch of the same players that had to go Thursday in Ukraine, we need to jump all over them from the start.
