Very interested to see what the starting lineup vs WHU will look like. Sounds like Poch is keen to rest a few of our lads, Alli in particular.
I think that looks about right. Chadli certainly deserves some run with the starting XI and we need to continue working Mason and Bentaleb back into things. Harry's fitness has never been in question, but I do worry about Christian's workload at times.
I don't even remember the previous game against WHU, and it was only in November Alli should definitely rest, Chadli deserves a start
Running circles around the competition in 2016, 3km more per match than 2015. Seems we are getting fitter.
Greetings Spurs fans. We should be pretty healthy this game, with our starting striker Diafra Sakho returning. Both teams are really clicking right now. Will be a fun one to watch.
Fair enough, you guys are on fire right now. I will say that the above doesn't count our FA Cup performance, where we notched 5 goals against Blackburn (admittedly not the Premier League). I think that game was a great confidence booster for our attacking guys.
They boarded up the World Cup '66 statue at the Boleyn Ground in preparation for this game, to protect it from vandalism.
They even got lucky as fuck with their first goal rolling over a defenders foot and into the upper 90, though admittedly they outplayed WBA and prob deserved to win.
Moussa is still out and Dele will be assessed tomorrow, but should be considered doubtful. Last derby at the Boelyn Ground, let's make it count.
i'm always nervous with mousa out, but as long as eriksen, dier, toby, and lloris stay in the form that they've been in, i think we have a good shot. west ham have been looking good though, and i'm a tottenham supporter, so i think something devastating will likely happen
Tottenham Hotspur @SpursOfficial 7s8 seconds ago #THFC team: Lloris (c), Trippier, Alderweireld, Wimmer, Davies; Dier, Mason; Chadli, Eriksen, Lamela; Kane #COYS #THFC subs: Vorm, Rose, Walker, Alli, Carroll, Onomah, Son #COYS
That is the exact team I'd imagined. He wasn't gonna risk Alli with a start since the NLD is on Sunday and Chadli has earned a start for himself. COYS
I don't believe so. I just think he has fallen way down the CM pecking order, Alli and Carroll are already available there.
They switched up their usual formation a bit, hopefully we will be good after a little acclimatizing.
