Don't mind him. Poche seemingly has a thing for assholes. This fills the Ross Barkley obession. Now we can move on to the main targets
Spurs will host Fulham at Wembley, amidst 3 away games (Newcastle, ManU, Watford) before hosting Liverpool in the new stadium on the weekend of September 15th. Exciting stuff.
So I'm going to be in London the weekend of the Liverpool game, but it didn't really occur to me till now that those tickets will be impossible to get. Anyone know a good pub in the area?
also, Hugo Boss do you have a local supporters club? i would reach out to the president of that and see if he can reach out on your behalf. the club usually goes above and beyond for US based supporters making the trip over.
Likely going to book flights for the end of September this week so that I can catch the 2nd home match vs. Cardiff on October 2. Prices are still dumb cheap out of New York/Newark. I'm sure they are from elsewhere as well. Will definitely help towards the cost of match day tickets.
Remember when we all got quasi-excited at the prospect of conducting transfer business earlier in the window Obviously the World Cup has taken center stage, and rightfully so, but damn, it’s been even more quiet than usual it seems.
[after hearing that Golden Boot contenders Ronaldo and longshots Messi/Aguero have been knocked out] Speak of the Devil and he shall appear. -Harry Bane (yeah, that's Kane dressed as Bane, the internet is magical)
Sorry I thought I was in the WC thread and didn’t realize I was in Spurs thread. I try not to get too argumentative in team threads
I did consider posting it in there with a "Warning, Spurs homer shit in spoilers" but then thought twice.
Pretty crazy how high Trippier's stock has risen. He has been easily one of the most important players on the team.
Also the amount of Tottenham players who have been important for their teams in this World Cup can’t be understated. For a team that doesn’t spend money, we are tied for the 4th most players playing in the World Cup behind Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Man City. I’m guessing we have the most left, but I could be wrong... Kane Dier Alli Trippier Rose Lloris Dembele Alderweireld Vertonghen Edit: actually Man City has 12 left due to Brazil, Belgium, and England representation
Barring any unforeseen arrest in the meantime, I will be in attendance for our 2nd home match at the new stadium. Just booked my flight for September 30th, the Cardiff match is on October 2nd.
Belgium v. England final all but assured as more Spurs players on the roster continues to be a winning formula in the knockout rounds.
I feel bad that broXcore so often gets caught in the Ace crossfire Also that Gunners post will say “nm last edited: 7:23AM” before long
The match I have been thinking was Oct 2nd is actually the 6th, derr. Good thing I'm over there until the 13th. Gonna need to reshuffle the intinerary a bit.
