Dele is up in 7th place when it comes to league goals this season with 13, the top 6 are all strikers. He is decent. Only two less goals from open play than the league's (world's?) best striker, Harry Kane. Pretty ridiculous.
I think Barca, more than Real, are going to be the team with the real interest in him when it comes down to it. He's such a special player, and even with his bust up against Gent, he's matured so much since last year. An absolute complete midfielder, and someone who won't even hit his peak for another 3+ years at least.
Kane now has 14 goals in 12 matches across all competitions since the start of 2017. Top lad in top form.

Article on Eriksen being the most creative player in the league. Combined with Alli and Kane, our front 3 is pretty absurd these days. http://www.football.london/tottenha...an-eriksen-currently-bossing-lallana-12707212
Dele's January highlight reel>> He is literally one of a kind, you can't really find a direct comparison for the set of skills he possesses at his age and being 6 foot 2. His timing on runs is impeccable and opens up defenses regularly. The few bits of skill around the 2 minute mark are just unreal in this video.
He is just so fucking good and only going to get better. If we can keep that front 3 together for the foreseeable future it is scary to think what they could accomplish. Easier said than done in this day and age but they are all so level headed and genuinely seem committed to the team . It all starts at the top with Poch and the emphasis he puts on personality/character as well as on field talent. You rarely if ever hear of disgruntled players now, and if someone is fucking with the mojo he sends them to train with the U12's. We really are top lad central.
You know what would have been really cool this season? If Lamela didn't just vanish as he was finally finding himself in this team. The form of Kane, Dele, Eriksen, and to an extent Sonny has alleviated some of the pressure from losing him but he was awesome with the high press. If we don't ship him out in the summer he will be our LANS. It hasn't been verified yet but there is lots of smoke that Dele will adorn the cover of next year's FIFA.
actually happy about this. i feel like he has improved greatly in danny's absence, though the start was a bit rough.
He's been much better of late, and is excellent depth to have. He obviously can't press and attack like Danny, but we could do so much worse with our second choice LB. Can also play in a back 3 as he does with Wales.
Congratulations to Harry Kane for Premiere League Player of the Month for February. Let's keep the ball rolling and let Eriksen win March or something. EDIT: That is 4 POTM's so far and he's 23 years old. Rooney has 5, and Gerrard holds the record for 6. Think he might smash that record in the not too distant future.
Poch on preferring to keep academy lads in house instead of sending them out on loan. Name drops Kazaiah Sterling as a player who will be training with the first team next season. 7 goals in 13 apps for the U21s this season, 4 of those goals were in 5 FA Youth Cup appearances. We play Chelsea in a 2 legged semifinal this month. Still lots of talent coming through the ranks http://www.squawka.com/news/sterlin...ane-than-going-on-loan-says-pochettino/917501
What a fucking goal. Beautifully timed run and finish by Sonny and the pass was absolutely perfect. On to Wembley for the semifinal lads! Get Dele off in the next 10 minutes please thanks.
Son is on one today, beautifully done by him. If he is in this type of form going forward the rest of the season we could survive a week or two without Kane. Hopefully that isn't necessary.
Super Jan with a delightful ball in there, we are in full flow at the moment. Quite a final FA Cup match at WHL this is turning out to be. If Harry hadn't been forced off it would have been near perfect.
Really sweating this Kane injury, anything over a month would be so shitty right now. One good thing is that Southampton is the only match left before an international break at the end of this month, giving him some time to recover.
I think a key will be our defense maintaining their health in his absence. When he was out earlier this season we were still going with a 4 at the back, since the switch to a back 3 our offense has improved immeasurably. If the back line isn't forced into a reshuffle I think we will still manage to score goals down the other end.
The last NLD at the Lane is 7 weeks from today - I think there's a pretty good chance that's the next time we see Harry. Son should be the first choice up top, but maybe Janssen made the slightest of steps in the right direction today. The schedule sets up nicely between now and then as well.

not as severe as the similar injury against sunderland so that's pretty optimistic. he was out 7 weeks for that injury, and obviously all injuries are different, but i would guess 4ish weeks for this one. we have an international break soon, so hopefully the impact will be minimal. also, our next 4 matches are Soton (H), Burnley (A), Swansea (A), Watford (H), so hoping for close to full points through those matches
The news is about as good as we could have hoped for. The last time Harry was out, we won our first four matches (including completely outplaying a previously unbeaten Man City at home). We didn't hit a slump until Toby went out as well. As long as our back line stays healthy I really believe we should be able to see our way through this stretch without Harry. Danny should be rejoining the team after international break too.
If he's back for the FA semis and NLD, everything should be just fine. Going to be very interested to see if Janssen does anything between now and then. Thankfully Sonny won't be playing for South Korea this go round, either.
Harry will come back and score hat tricks against Arsenal and United at home, retaining the golden boot playing about ten games less than Rom.
