Bagley hasn't been awful this year, but he also hasn't been Luka. I called Bagley over Luka idiotic at the time of the draft on here (I've been super high on Luka in summer of 2018 and got shit about pumping him on here) and am still pissed about it. Between picking Bagley over Luka and trying to sign Zach Lavine to a 4 year, $78 million deal in the offseason, I'm still convinced Vlade has essentially lucked into building a half-decent young team rather than having any real competence as a GM and would happily see him fired tomorrow. But Bagley at least looks like he'll be a productive NBA player, which may not be the case for Trae.

Young, Collins and Huerter is the core and by far our most productive trio. Luka trade still haunts me but it is what it is now
Trae isn't anywhere near being the 2nd best rookie in the league and that pick isn't worth much since this year's draft is mediocre after Zion.

kyle lowry is butt now and i would take collins now over 14/6 on atrocious %s lowry i would also take 21 year old collins over a lot of those guys considering his contract. he's not a top 5 player but he might be a top 8 or so asset in the east considering he's cost controlled for a few more years and then a RFA. trading doncic seems dumb and trae young has a funny face and is super small but john collins is really good. take him over vuc, 30 year old max contract blake (who i like), pending UFA middleton, siakam, and depending on the teams and thus other players maybe some of those other guys.
