How? Everyone's best argument in this thread is that Trae isn't as good as Luka, but that's not the thread title. Arguing Trae outright sucks is a poor argument so the nay sayers have to lean on the Mavs/Hawks trade as their best argument to lessen Trae's accomplishments. He sucks at defense and takes cringeworthy deep shots, but his facilitating of an NBA offense is going to be good to great going forward. His numbers reflect that. Hawks knew his defense was shit when they drafted him.
Luka trade cant be evaluated until we see what that lotto pick gets us. Right now both teams are happy with the player on their team.

rj barrett is the best player in the draft. i am a very unbiased and neutral talent evaluator imo. it sucks that people can’t ignore their infatuation with kewl dunkz but here we are pretty sad tbh
