Didn’t notice last night because of football and amazingly wasn’t tagged. Weird Just saw. 3/11 and 0 for 5 from 3. Just another typical night
Doncic is 46.7% from the field and 37.9% from 3. Looking like a Johnny Flynn/Steph curry type situation
I'd also point out he had this historic stat line against Pat Beverely. One of the best defenders in the league. John Collins is back and that makes Trae even more dangerous!
Folks tune in Wednesday as Trae shoots 10% below the league average and the opposing coaches complement his toughness. Gonna be a good one
At first I thought it was just your run-of-the mill internet meltdown, but more and more I’m becoming convinced that devine is simply jealous of Trae’s flowing locks.
A month ago Trae had a hard time getting to the basket. Now he is doing it in traffic and carving up fools for easy layups. This has also allowed him to throw up easy alley oops over and over again like he did tonight. Once he finds his shot it’s over. Hopefully this happens next season when RJ or Zion have become Hawks.
Or acting like it’s not common for 20 year old rookies to struggle shooting when they enter the league.
http://m.espn.com/nba/leagueleaders...nType=2&statgroup=assists&category=avgAssists Up to #3 in assists per game playing with an offense that had Alex Len and with old man Vince or Rookie Omari Spellman down low until basically now. Collins and Dedmon have returned so he will only go up from here.
Trae is going to hit a wall going 100mph sometime around the break and will end up shooting sub-40% the remainder of the season with countless TOs.
Currently averaging 16/4/8 while maintaining a 2:1 assist to turnover ratio all while leading the Hawks to the second best record in the NBA :Prettyprettyprettygood.gif:
Dedmon and Collins have been inserted into the starting lineup. Trae’s assist numbers going to shoot up.
