anyone else watch this? I think it's pretty funny it's a mockumentary in the form of a murder case. Follows John Lithgow's character and his defense team in a small NC town. Hes accused of murdering his wife
I've been watching it. It's alright. Seems like it probably has people behind it that were involved with The Office and Parks and Recs
Overall it's cheesy but there is some good writing in there as well. I have been asking for a show like this for a while but more dramatic and realistic. This is too comedic. I'm wanting like Lincoln Lawyer w a funny sidekick. Call Saul is great but not exact.
I think it's a nice show for NBC. I think it has zero longevity though. I'm calling a twist ending of the Larry and his Brother-in-Law's wife doing it for the family money and this being revealed after he's found not guilty.
These creators were clearly big fans of The Staircase by going with that ending. I really liked this show. Hope they bring it back for another season.
I think it was great. Hope they find a way to do another season. Loved having French Stewart pop up there.
Hope this comes back for a second season. Hope Larry Henderson can still be involved in some capacity going forward.
The Cancellation Bear, as of April 18, has it as a toss up for renewal/cancellation http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/re...acklist-should-be-back-blindspot-not-so-fast/
So looks like they are starting back up tonight with this case as the basis, starring Chenowith. I'm excited. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melanie_McGuire
They'll probably build you a statue, there is a lot of room because most of the statues had to be torn down.
Live ratings for the first episode tied a series low and second episode set a new series low. Hopefully, a lot of people are watching this off the DVR and Hulu (if that even matters to NBC) or this show is unfortunately likely getting canceled.
Unsurprisingly, not getting renewed for a third season. However, Warner Bros. TV will be shopping it around.
New season on demand. Think it's mocking this case https://nypost.com/2007/04/29/inside-cheating-wifes-gruesome-suitcase-murder/
Well that was just incredible. Chenoweth is a treasure and seemed like she was having the time of her life playing that role. I want a season about the 1994 with trials and Lavinia's travels in Barthalona
That was a mighty fine season finale. Going to be legit mad if someone doesn't pick this up to continue the story from that voicemail.
I lost it when Dwayne said "So I will now enter the coordinates into the computer where it will compute.....oh my god.......that's why they call it a computer"
