Have we even learned that's the case? What iF the apartment was called Houthi Heights Terrorist Tower, or something? Let's not jump to conclusions that destroying an apartment building in a foreign country is a bad thing.
Hey I'm rooting for the brother to be the new Rogan but I can't have my feed messed up like that. I'll listen to clips here and there though. He's more lefty Alex Jones than Rogan though.
It's more his thumbnails and use of capital letters, idk comes off as screaming conspiracy theories ala Alex Jones but he's telling facts and his actual podcast isn't anything like Alex Jones
Definitely not. I wish him well. Was just saying I couldn't have my new episodes tab ruined with that. He's definitely flooding the zone. Works for others.
Nor does anyone care about Hasan in a meaningful way. He does good work most of the time. But it's a start. Lots of catch up to challenge the right wing media ecosystem. And really, im not sure the left ever will. That takes investment, and lol at wealthy people/orgs willing to invest in something that is a conflict of interest to their wealth.
This has been a thing with almost all podcasts, whether they lean left or right, to play the stupid Youtube algorithm. Mr. Beast helped start this crap a few years ago to drive clicks and now everyone has to play this game so that your stuff shows up on Youtube's suggested videos. If you look at the Majority Report's youtube page you'll see they do the exact same thing, it's so unnecessarily sensationalized.
The DNC thought people cared about Hasan enough to give him a fucking prime seat at their convention so clearly that's not true. Not to mention, those genocidal fucks also booted him for all his coverage on the Palestinian protestors He's interviewed actual politicians and doesn't just push clickbait slop. He's had articles done about him in many different media outlets. Including CNN, so yeah the part in bold isn't remotely fucking true The idea that people don't care about one of, if not the largest leftists political streamers on the planet is flat out wrong.
it's like they all forgot how many of his advisors, etc were completely ruined during his first administration
NPR's Katherine Maher showing her whole ass in this dogshit "censorship" hearing smfh Pathetic vichy shit
They stuck him in a supply closet and booted him when he slightly criticized them. I think he does good work. And I know youre an uber fan. But the fact is, he does not have a meaningful following in the context we're discussing. Im glad CNN does stories on him to bring attention but it's just another version of "lets see what people in a diner in the middle of Nebraska think" I wish he did have a meaningful following. Wed probably be in a lot better place.
You know what fuck it I dont care. You're wrong on this but whatever. Y'all can go back to policing how black women speak about their oppressors.
We will never come to an agreement on this it seems. But also for someone who rightfully loathes the DNC, youre putting an awful lot of importance on their validation of Hasan.
Guitar youtubers will talk about this that they'll change something in the algorithm and their views will plummet. They basically have to reinvent their channel each time it happens. Has to be annoying when it's your job and your living rides on it.
https://bsky.app/profile/eliothiggins.bsky.social/post/3ljl6qpy5ec2g Hmmmm. Probably should have been a bigger story that less than two weeks before we bombed a residential area in Yemen that Hegseth closed the DOD’s Civilian Harm Mitigation and Reduction Office, the Civilian Protection Center of Excellence, and fired all positions at geographic command centers (Central Command, Africa Command, etc.) that advised on limiting risks to civilian life during air raids. Definitely needs to be a bigger story now.
Why would murdering civilians with American Bombs be a story when were literally doing a genocide in Palestine. The media doesn't care about mass murder of brown people. They've shown this time and time again, they did this when the Saudis were genociding people in Yemen as well
Katherine Maher should have been planning for the demise of NPR for years. Taking a Faustian bargain to keep a job that probably won’t exist much longer and pandering to a side that will never accept her is pathetic.
Also yes making his disability part of your criticism as an elected official is both bad just as a human but also draws attention away from his bad job as governor.
Guy im on a call with (a Russian) said he got his first swastika sticker slapped on his Tesla today. I told him I was extremely offended as a cybertuck owner.
The cynic in me would think that highlighting his disability as a so-called "defect" (for lack of a better description) would resonate more with the general voting public w/r/t painting him as a bad person and leader than highlighting his legislative record would because the average American voter doesn't have 2 brain cells to rub together, and clearly prefer to vote for candidates who punch down rather than offer an impressive record of effective governance. "A real leader would be able to stand on his own and recover from a tree accident" tough guy bullshit is clearly what resonates with the American voting public.
RIP to the Baltic Countries https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/mar/26/soldiers-missing-lithuania
Im extremely jaded and cant fully trust him despite him being pretty great on everything. The story about him removing toilets from his house to avoid taxes just sticks w me lol
