Stephanie Ruhle just made an amazing point about the G7 at Doral. She pointed out that they will need to add helipads to the golf course and create security buildings. They then have to remove the helipads and then the govt/tax payer has to fund a golf course renovation for where they were. Buildings and facilities get added on our dime. There are only 2 Presidential suites there and a minimum of 7 Presidents...means 5 suites get built on our dime. The grift is insane. That on top of the low occupancy rate that they have in June due to the heat means they are truly going to have a windfall.

They'll vote on party lines and nothing changes. Or the house will vote yes to save their seats knowing that the senate is safe and rigged by McConnell. Or McConnell will let all but 34 safe seats vote yes in the senate. They'll say they tried and keep confirming unqualified judges while 34 blood red state senators laugh on fox news
Still important to get an official record. If nothing else, it's important from a historical perspective. Something for future generations to learn from. Regardless, it certainly wouldn't be a pure party-line vote. And for those in purple districts and states, that matters, especially when one member of congress could flip the House or Senate.
