i have an encyclopedic knowledge of bad posts
I don’t regret my vote for John McCain. I was happy to vote for Obama in 2012 and I proudly cast a vote for Tom Hanks in 2016
Hopefully you have learned nothing is worth a throw away vote when the alternative is Trump. I’d probably light myself on fire if I’m forced to vote Biden but I’ll still do it if he wins the nomination.
I've been an ancillary Dem my whole life. My first vote was for Clinton in 1992. Didn't vote in 96 or 2000 (Lived in Indiana and didn't think my vote counted). Voted for Kerry in 2004 and Obama twice. Voted for Hillary in 2016 and really started investing in the overall election process (down ballot voting) then got sick in 2017 and joined the resistance over healthcare and pre-existing conditions. Now I am fully invested because of what is going on. Team Warren/Pete/Whoever at this point.
My point is, like most, it doesnt matter how you got here, just what you do now.
How has no one ever asked this sociopath to name some of the things he’s bad at?
Everyone does say this and more and more people are recognizing it everyday.
Bobby Jindal represents a landmark moment in my journey to full on comrade status.
08 was my first ever Dem vote and my mom was aghast.
My mom was convinced ole Bobby J was the republican Obama. She was so convinced that we watched Obama’s SOTU address together. When Obama finished she said “now watch this, Bobby is going to shred this community organizer.”
Ron Howard voice. He did not shred Obama. It was one of the worst speeches I’ve ever seen.
The story of my life
Also - fuck Bobby Jindal. I remember when he was coming up in Louisiana and was so highly thought of - then he became governor of Louisiana and now I hate him.
What's funny is Hillary is probably VERY heavily aligned with Futureman's beliefs given how much of an establishment centrist Dem she is. 30 years of propaganda is a hell of a thing.
fine if no one else will do it
"well you do have a lot of experience making them"
My god. That man teaches children?!?
yes but uhhh his ten pages of using the n-word and bragging about teaching the first amendment to his students by saying it repeatedly in class and a dozen other things are way more troubling
He also thinks Randy Edsall is the gold standard of coaches. There’s a lot wrong with that man.
wasn't sure if I was remembering it right but also bragged about hitting students
It’s infuriating that racist cocksucker was a teacher.
We still have the electoral college and I live in an R+37 State. A Hilary/write in vote were both throwaway votes. Both candidates were loathsome options so I voted for someone I wished to be in the Oval Office.
Thinking both candidates were not fit to be president and refusing to endorse either is my democratic right. I vote for candidates, not against them.
in context of your state sure
but before things get off the rails, if you were in a swing state then what?
iirc the Social Security Administration already has access to these figures, or could make a more accurate citizenship figure than the Census could.
Twitter dot com bent the knee to Trump, and wouldn’t make a Nazi filter for fear of banning the Steve Kings of the world, and Trump shits on them anyway after inviting those same nazis to the Oval Office.
tldr: fuck Jack Dorsey you weak minded whore
here we go.
Chinese company halts plans to build electric cars and SUVs in Indiana and California. Could cost as many as 500 layoffs. Tariff issues listed as a potential reason. So much winning
It changes nothing
you were doing so well
also in light of your answers earlier its even more befuddling
Is this the part where I’m told I’m responsible for Trumps America?
I’m pretty on record for saying I vote for candidates not parties. Disagree with my point of view but don’t call me inconsistent.
No, but it is where you get informed that your supposed policies and your distaste of Hillary don’t add up. You will then deny that you were affected by the right wing propaganda machine.
Bobby Jindal being a total shithead helped me in my process of realizing that all conservatives are stupid and/or lying.
You: I vote for candidates
Also you: I wrote in a Hollywood actor for president
Polling ppl should ask registered voters to decipher this tweet, then explain to them what it means and then ask if they agree. Then tell them it is from Trump
That’s snowflakism 101
Didn't say you were inconsistent.
If your policy goals are what you say they are it is extremely counter productive to not vote for the candidate that, unequivocally, would be closer to those ideals than the person who wants to destroy those ideals.
It's just silly logically unless, unlike the dozen other people who've said this in here, you have more robust reasoning for it than they did. Which usually boiled down to right wing nonsense. But I'll wait to hear what disqualified Clinton in your mind first.
Equating Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump is just baffling considering your posted viewpoints, though I'm guessing that's nearly three decades of Republican media coloring that. Hillary wasn't a perfect candidate, but it's troubling that you couldn't separate her (a centrist Democrat career politician) and the snake-oil, narcissistic huckster that is Trump.
It’s the point where you’re reminded that our system is a poorly designed one and not actually designed for you to vote “for” your favorite candidate. It directly encourages voting “against” the candidate you hate more.
It’s an affront to idealism and should be changed. But it’s the reality of the system we have right now.
We are all candidates if we were born here and over 35. The rest is just paperwork.
This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever read
Remember when I said earlier problems happen because someone goes haywire when asked a question. This is how it always starts.
I’m assuming this seemed wittier when you were typing it.
At Social Media Summit, Donnie essentially complaining that Twitter's bot presence isn't as strong now.
Wasn't this Trump announcement supposed to be at 5 eastern? I am worried he is going to change his mind again, 27 minutes of watching tv laughing at him for backing down.
Seems like a good time to repost this.
Any of our Trumper lurkers want to explain this one to us?
