wait a second I was under the impression that tariffs were the best way to show america (us) who is boss (us)
“Dawson said Trump's mockery of him didn't change his opinion of the president. "I love the guy," Dawson told Fox. "He's the best thing that ever happened to this country."
That teacher should be fired immediately. I can't imagine what other inappropriate bullshit they think is acceptable if they are capable of doing that.

Wow, this is bad bad headline. We aren't going to paper ballots necessarily, ONLY if the new ballot marking devices (which are very insecure and easy to hack as well) aren't implemented in time for 2020. All precincts must have a paper backup system in place in case that doesn't happen, but assuming these new and equally as shitty BMD machines are ready in 2020 then we aren't really going to paper ballots.
This is a good read on how insane our system is. Hammer just flouts the law openly. https://www.floridabulldog.org/2019/08/nra-lobbyist-marion-hammer-says-shes-not-a-lobbyist/
I don't understand this article. What is possibly unconstitutional about Amendment 4? That "all terms of sentence" includes financial obligations? Because my understanding was that it doesn't. That's how Miami-Dade or whatever county in southern Florida was going to get around it.
Idk, quick googling brings me this second page of the sentencing sheet. The first is similar, counting up points in order to make a determination. Lists prison/jail time, probation, diversion programs, etc, although it can list statutory fines. Court fees, victim restitution, financial obligations, etc. are a separate matter? This tweet thread from April gets into it, just want to wrap my head around this issue.
And further, the literal words of the amendment that the people passed lays out the definition of all terms of sentence. http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes...g=&URL=0000-0099/0098/Sections/0098.0751.html “Completion of all terms of sentence” means any portion of a sentence that is contained in the four corners of the sentencing document. Sub-paragraph 5 goes on to talk about restitution to the victim as part of the sentence or fines and fees as part of the sentence. sub-subparagraph c then says this "do[es] not include any fines, fees, or costs that accrue after the date the obligation is ordered as a part of the sentence." Look, I'm no lawyer, I quit after L1. But fuck DeSantis, fuck the FL GOP, and fuck this dumb judge.
You’re overthinking it. The judge is just asking a hypothetical he did not appear inclined to think that but wants the arguments for a clean record. Based on other quotes in there he is certainly not a friend of Florida government in this case.
Trump’s tax cut isn’t giving the US economy the boost it needs https://www.cnbc.com/2019/08/16/trumps-tax-cut-isnt-giving-the-us-economy-the-boost-it-needs.html
1 Georgia isn't going to get paper ballots 2.FL doesn't want to let minorities vote. I mean good white people make mistakes but aren't thugs *barf* The GOP doesn't want people voting. FUCK THEM
Dear Mr. GoodForAnother, Please fix the thread title to make it as ridiculous as the original by placing the exclamation after the parenthetical, like this: Thanks, ~ taylor ~
