How do these people remain so stupid?
Comey released his letter about Hillary’s emails and Chaffetz leaked it. It dominated the news and her lead in the polls decreased from that point on. It’s been considered a decisive factor in the outcome.
At the same time there was an active FBI investigation into Trump team colluding with Russia. Someone in the FBI, likely with help from Rudy, leaked to NYT there were no connections seen, and they ran a story. That was actual BS and a misdirect. Meanwhile, Congressional leadership was informed and McConnel and Ryan wouldn’t let Obama go public with the Russia info. Harry Reid released a letter about Russia which the press dismissed but it’s turning out to be correct.
There was an active effort to cover for Trump’s actual suspected crimes and to redirect the FBI spotlight on Hillary’s email server practices.
McConnell and Ryan couldn’t prevent Obama from going public. They basically told him they’d turn it into a partisan issue if he did. Of course they did that anyway and Obama proved that in 8 years he never learned not to trust Republicans.
I can’y believe people believe that shit.
I can’t believe I read the entire fucking article about how fucking crazy people are.
I’m not reading all of that nonsense, but this was sad and funny:
“It’s the sort of place where neo-Nazis and people who believe women shouldn’t have basic human rights used to meet before we started verifying them on Twitter and electing them to public office.”
So the dossier was paid for by a Nunes donor and the FBI investigation got started bc Papadop got drunk?
Just staggering incompetence
Did you not ready "the storm" above it was paid for directly by Clinton and Obama, they as well as all other dems are either under arrest or on tether and Trump has been playing it all along.
I con't believe I read that btw, people are really fucking dumb.
I went to Nunes' twitter, it seems his constituents really don't care for him
I look forward to his execution for treason
He also cock blocked the most important witness testimony. It really is treason.
People are saying Obama's nuclear deal with Iran has been responsible for these protests.
I wonder when the American citizens are going to wise up to their government doing the same thing
Until jumping in the minimum wage thread, I had no idea someone could be dumb enough to believe in a meritocracy and simultaneously believe the estate tax is unconstitutional.
The grasp of reality on the far right is.... disturbingly vapid
Hindsight is always 20/20. That said, no one tells the fucking president what to do. See something, say something. It was a massive mistake by Obama not to address the nation once Republican cucks disagreed.
BTH believes everything in that story
Yeah, because the fuck nuts in Congress let judges retire and blocked every nominee for 6 years.
The Dems better do the exact same shit if they take the Senate. NOTHING FUCKING HAPPENS
Getting rolled by Mitch McConnell on this and Garland will go down as twin failures by Obama with one theme: allowing McConnell to flex and not doing enough to overcome it. Obama was always worried about staying high while everyone around him was going low. At least Obama can be proud he maintained principle.
Think about the statement this makes about Mitch McConnell. He’s said his proudest work is Gorsuch, followed by the tax bill. He trashed norms and process with the knowledge that Trump was compromised by Russia, in order to make both these happen. He’s one of the worst Americans ever, after Robert E Lee.
Trump pulls brakes on $13B Obama-backed rail-tunnel plan
The plan, proposed under President Barack Obama in 2015, includes revitalizing a deteriorating Amtrak tunnel connecting New Jersey to New York City, repairing damage to a dual-tunnel conduit, and reconstructing the New Jersey railroad network’s aging Portal Bridge,
What do you mean by “our country”?
Lol, one of my favorite climate scientists.
Party of adults.
No worries, 2018 will be worse.
What was the worst thing to happen in 2017?
Charlottesville and the president’s reaction was probably the low point for me.
Pulling out of Paris probably second
The confirmation process for cabinet positions and federa Jude’s probably third (although the most painful in reality)
What will be the worst thing to happen in 2018?
Global war (Saudi -Iran) with us doing something probably immoral on behalf of the Saudis
Shady election shit during the midterms
Mueller getting shut down by the GOP
Hopefully that all changes on Nov 11
Hard to argue with what you posted but I would just like to add the lack of fucks given about Puerto Rico to your list.
2017 has been awful on so many fronts it's really hard to list them all in any kind of order. For 2018, I am just happy that I will no longer have to watch John O'Korn attempt to play quarterback.
Isn't that a description Tigerdroppings.com?

Looks to be a white guy. Quoted someone with a foreign-sounding name tho.
Didn't you hear? Trump is going to executive order him an extra year of eligibility.
It's actually one of the record number of bills he passed. Not many people know that.
Concise 100 part thread. Young Paps at the center of everything. Too bad GOP is just going to waive all of this off when Mueller brings it forward.
More proof that Spartan fans are the Trump base.
Eat fucking shit Seth
God damn it
Not surprising at all:
concise 100 tweet thread
this is why anti-racism is a core tenet of any leftist economic policy
psychological and social status can be good fill ins for poor whites lack of economic benefit
Mitch McConnell and republicans over the past decade have led this country down a really dangerous path.
That being said, I honestly wonder how much longer our country can survive with the hyper partisanship on a national level. There are a lot of things that should be non-negotiable, but what has been occurring isn’t sustainable. I’m not trying to say “both sides equally bad,” I’m just not sure what a feasible solution is at this point.
it kills our version of democracy that drives a two party system and why most modern democracies have parliaments and other institutions to protect against it
yeah, but that will never happen in the United States. So how do we change what is occurring? Obama genuinely tried to work with the GOP on issues and got the middle finger.
something has to reset the balance
historically thats been war(not abroad proxy wars or us bombing a foreign country, one that shows up on our doorstep) or enormous domestic upheaval
MAYBE, if you're being hyper optimistic Trump is that domestic upheaval, but I highly doubt thats enough
its not a coincidence america has backslid into pining for an illiberal democracy headed by authoritarian wannabe fascists right as our WWII veterans are completely dying off and out of government
For fucks sake Seth. Go to blogspot.com
