You don't observe this? I actually use this comparison to try to soften the stance of some conservatives I know and open them up to listening to something. I do think you see this behavior more from the extreme wings of the parties. They are basically the equivalent of soccer ultras.
I do not not root for a political team. I do, however, observe others behave as if they have a political team and find it to be really fucking dumb Edit - this was meaner than I intended to be. I just think it's dumb to treat your political party like it's your sports team. Fan-team relationships are inherently emotional and not rational. Exactly the opposite of how politics should be
No clue who she is. Google tells me she was COS for his campaign. She's young and blonde, of course dear leader appointed her. But, do not see any of the people I follow on twitter saying anything about her, which surprised me.
Yes, I don't either. I was using this as an example of what I observe and trying to make an analogy. I like to think I am very open minded to new ideas. The problem is that there is no such thing as a new idea coming from the other side outside of new ways to torture people who are being held down while getting money to their cronies.
How many orders of magnitude better is the Left than the Right? The woman who proposed this is actually controversial and somewhat polarizing on the Left.
Maybe we can take this time to look at why we don't resonate with voters anymore and maybe change our policies to reflect the changing looks and attitudes of the populace in the last 50 years... Lol, no, just keep those minorities and lefties from voting.
I think that was Britt McHenry. I understand the confusion... because they are literally the same person.
MKE typically has over 180 polling places, and now we are down to 5 or so due to the shortage of workers. Largest city in Wisconsin, largest democratic stronghold. Thanks Wisconsin SC and Republicans
I love that she’s Harvard/Georgetown. The right always proof that attending esteemed institutions isn’t a rubber stamp for any redeeming qualities.
The fucked thing about the politicized nature of the current Supreme Court is that they kinda hide behind their decisions without having to face public scrutiny directly. if they are going to be a political arm of the Republican Party, they should be confronted like one.
Lmao I agree. But you’ll get the John Roberts tantrum like we saw a couple of weeks ago when Schumer called them out. I’m sorry but saying “you will pay for this” is insignificant when compared to forcing people into going to the polls and possibly dying during a pandemic. So justice Roberts, I know that seat on the self righteous throne is real cozy, but do us a favor and kindly fuck off. please excuse the rant but this is the kind of shit that send me to another universe of mad.
