I hope it’s not close enough for him to be able to steal the election. But, if it is and he does will it matter that he stole it and not that he was voted in? If the democrats lay down for him will it matter how or why he is in office? You guys trust that the right thing will happen, I don’t. That doesn’t make me stupid, an asshole or a contrarian. It makes me someone who has seen their loved ones kicked enough to know not to trust the right thing will happen.

i have not read the article, but at a minimum, forgiven loans are considered taxable income i believe. So if he got 280 M in loans forgiven, he would owe taxes on 280M. I assume the article deals with that and how it played in his taxes. how you get a bank to forgive 280 M in loans I’m not sure of. It’s such a large amount of money for a bank to walk away from that if it isn’t a criminal conspiracy by the borrower, it’s almost certainly a criminal conspiracy by the lender relative to their shareholders.
