Which economic crisis? The one where businesses can't hire anyone because there is no one available for the lower wages they're trying to hire for? Or the one where businesses can't hire anyone because people take better job offers than the ones they're interviewing for? Or the one where companies are all trying to hire and there's not enough people to meet demand? Or the one where housing prices rose so fast that it displaced lower income workers and those jobs can't be filled because there's no one who can afford to work at those wages because of lack of affordable housing?
