Get ready for people to cast this as some big victory for Trump despite it being entirely his fault and decision in the first place. The pattern is so thin and obvious.
i know this is old news, but its the first i've seen about an $8,000 dishwasher... what kind of goddamned dishwasher costs $8,000? it had better be big enough that you can wash a cadillac in it.
What difference would it make to the amount of shit that’s going to be spewed during those 14 days anyway?
OK, fine - that it gets overtaken by Somali pirates and the people aboard are enslaved so they are now able to make a determination about whether or not slavery was bad? Better?
How is this any different than the illinois congressman who got busted for decorating his office like Downton Abby? Unrelated, same congressman who pushed anti gay legislation that was seen smoochin' a dude at Coachella.
I think I posted about this the other day but regarding the Missouri Abortion Bill - The GOP was filibustering a bill to get a GM plant expansion for over 2 days. I have no idea they were fighting this, because tax abatement to lure business is right up their ally. Anyway - they realized the legislative calendar was coming to an end and dropped the filibuster immediately because passing the abortion ban and blocking a voter referendum was more important. Pieces of shit. All of them
This may be the one time I am hoping for an iceberg to break off due to global warming and sink anyone on this boat.
What a motherfucker. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's duty is to enforce the Civil Rights Act’s ban on employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability and genetic information. Which, of course, naturally infers that Felblum is going to use a secretly conscripted SS contingent of butch women and skinny effeminate men to harass me, my family, and my neighbors.
while we're on the subject of B1G schools and terrible terrible decision making (of which, or course, glass houses and such) this shit on the University of Maryland - good god. An absolute nightmare of bad communication, poor decisions, and mismanagement. An indictment of how environmental consultants, our university system, public health officials, and hospitals conduct business. First question is always: "how much will this cost?" and second question is "will insurance cover it?" https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...yland-mold-adenovirus/?utm_term=.335a68f3f792 Also, I know the environmental consultant whose report is included in this article. He's a fool whose business I hope gets sued out of existence.
Edit: Wash Post on the subject https://www.washingtonpost.com/worl...8a43b84ee31_story.html?utm_term=.3d125f52ec75
Pretty sure the Bible says life begins at breath. Not sure if I am just spewing some meme nonsense though, because I don’t do the Bible or religion. Regardless, I wish they could do a study on hypocrisy and compare republicans to democrats. I would be interested if something like that existed.
that's the most maddening thing to me on the abortion issue. If you are going to be pro-life, then be consistent and go all in. That list of hers should be even bigger to include daycare, healthcare in general, increased funding for public schools, needed welfare for kids born into poverty, funding Planned Parenthood like it's the military, and free contraceptives for everyone. But no. It's just a hot button issue used to convince the extreme religious to side with them so they can use that power for greed. That's it.
