she addresses that extensively in the video she put out. the dna test was a small allotment towards the end
I’m not the person to ask because I strongly disagree with Elizabeth Warren on every single financial position she has and that is her most vocal area. I don’t understand how she thinks. That being said, we live in a world of the 1 day news cycle. 1 day is far less than 2 years of yelling about how she isn’t Native American.
Again, the test wasn’t for those people. It was for the “maybe Trumps right that she’s lying” liberals that would be hesitant to vote for her because of that. They can now feel comfortable voting for her in a primary if that was an issue for them.
Because that won’t matter to Trump supporters either - and it still plays Trump’s game of letting him set the narrative. This is about winning over hesitant liberal voters - not beating Trump and winning his voters with logic. You can’t win Trump voters with logic.
Mitch McConnell’s death panels are going to come for your grandparents if Republicans keep the House and Senate.
Its the same reason Obama eventually had to release his birth certificate. Stupid people saying a bunch of stupid stuff that shouldn’t be addressed eventually becomes “what is he/she hiding?” when nobody addresses it. Eventually you end up having to address it. That isn’t saying anything about Trump Obama or Warren. It’s a problem with our media and how they cover this stupid stuff.
And the same reason they cared more about the black guy’s birth certificate than the white dude with the history of shady business dealing’s tax returns.
Yeah, I’m not arguing that. The media should still be pounding the president’s taxes and his handling of Saudi Arabia assassinating a critical journalist. And his administration’s decision to separate immigrant families at the border as a matter of policy. And the innumerable counts of corruption by the Trump family and Trump appointees.
Calling healthcare entitlement programs while touting tax cuts for billionaires triggers me to my fucking core
it is an entitlement. Americans pay taxes into the system and are entitled to those services. They are trying to steal what we rightfully are due.
Chuck Schumer will make a deal for Donnie to not call him mean names for a week in exchange for completely tearing down Medicaid and Medicare.
It's worse than that. They want to take away what we pay for to give to their rich donors, like a reverse Robin Hood.
Using Tax Cuts to inflate the deficit, as grounds for cutting our social safety net. The GOP's bait & switch. This is why we can't let white centrist moderates off the hook when they go running back home to 'fiscal conservatism' after Trump is gone.
This is giving me some optimism, but given all the fiasco Gwinnett is doing I'm still thinking Kemp ensures that he somehow comes out on top.
Yeah you are, you know you want to do nothing but comb through tweets. Or are you saying everyone is jumping the gun here?
It might reveal his genetic predisposition to enjoying the taste of semen. And there’s nothing wrong with that if that’s your thing.
like I now have to follow the half dozen deeeeeeeep cut elections people like @ElectProject or Ralston who I cut post '16
I mostly just let this thread be my curator, but then again you're one of the guys who posts a lot of different people's tweets.
Also, I find the intent of this bait-and-switch to be White Supremacy and Institutionalized Racism in action. I realize whites use these programs at a higher # than ppl of color, but the Give Tax Cuts to the Wealthy White ruling class and Take away Money from the Poor fits into their broader approach towards wedge social issues: makers+takers, war on drugs, bootstraps, voter fraud, even their abortion policy. All designed with a disparate impact on minority groups.
Warren is a terrible candidate on a national level vs Trump, hopefully this knocks her out of a crowded field. Disclaimer, this is solely my opinion, I just feel there are several better Democratic candidates than her for 2020.
You can basically choose your own adventure and create rationalizations for any candidate some with more support than others
Who has national presence that is better than her? I'd vote for Warren, Booker, or Harris but I like her so much more because she really doesn't play like Bernie with tax cuts for the wealthy and all the white collar tax crime bankers committed during the recession and then on. She's been extremely vocal about all the regulations that were put being peeled back, regulations that were there to freaking prevent another similar type of recession from occuring.
warren is great if you think anti-establishment elite criticizing fuck the bankers the people are being taken advantage of by the wealthy type politics was a sizable component of trump winning
