There is so much head burying at this point that it is hard to single out one atrocious act over another. I'm starting to wonder if history will actually judge this as harshly as I expected it to. I'm getting concerned that this won't be our history to write.
It depends on where we go from here. If he wins again, he will someday be seen as flawed but favored by people like Reagan. If he loses and politics rebounds I think he will be viewed accurately.
I agree with the second part. The first part depends on how bad it gets and how much democracy is destroyed by his actions and the Republican Party.
I think the plan probably involves calling any outbreaks "fakenews" for while. Then blaming minorities and purging the CDC of the disloyal.
