Obama shit all over Putin regularly. If he viewed him as weak, he'd have enjoyed Obama's time in office, and wouldn't have been so desperate to prevent someone who would continue his policies (HRC) from winning the 2016 election. Putin views Trump not only as weak, but so incredibly stupid that he can actually be used as a puppet for the Russian state.

Russia is resorting to the tactics of attacking the US and EU democracies because they were put in a body bag by the sanctions over the past few years and their standing with nearly every emerging market is atrocious. The US doesn’t need Russia. The EU doesn’t need Russia. Russia put someone in power here that is too dumb to realize any of this and can be easily impressed by the Kremlin.
GOP I speak with actually believe that Obama was OK with the few BLM that enacted violence against police because he didn’t condemn it strongly enough. For starters, he did. The justice department announced that they have proof that Russian military intelligence attacked our election systems two and a half days ago and the president still hasn’t made a public statement condemning them for it - let alone say they are doing anything to prevent it happening again. The person occupying the Oval Office doesn’t care about an attack on our democracy by a hostile foreign power as long as the result that that election ultimately spits out benefits him. He is actively failing to protect America and Republicans don’t care.
