That, or this often angry and more often funny improv loop guy who I watched like two hours of yesterday.
Iran is more credible than the POTUS. That isn’t hyperbole. That’s 2015-present, Donald trump in politics.
I am down at the bar just remarking at how fucked we are with the other 10 normal people in this hotel. fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucccccccccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
Fuck Nancy Pelosi to the fucking moon. Even if we get the orange shitstain out in 2020, the next potus is left with a ticking time bomb and we know Rs won’t operate in good faith
Pelosi should shoulder all the blame for not doing more after the Mueller report. Sat on her hands and now people have forgotten about it and assume Trump didn't do anything wrong/illegal.
Agreed, she could have put the pedal to the floor, instead she basically tried to Paul Ryan Policy Wonk around and ended up fucking everything
Did the Democrats use funding/budget to push back against this? Nope! Just keep giving them what they want
Donnie also has plans to fix our national debt by bombing all of the United States, but he doesn't want to go that route.
Is this something they could have negotiated via legislation? This sounds like an executive action that would have had to be a handshake deal . No way would they trust that
It's just wild to me how fucking out of touch with reality and insane these people are. There are fucking millions of them, which is the really fucked up part
Just about everything can be legislated in the appropriations process. All you have to do is put in language that prohibits spending of appropriated funds on [fill in the blank]. Works for anything that isn’t funded by fees. But you’d have to get it past the Senate, which in reality means shutdown, and shutdowns tend to only hurt those that Democrats care about (people).
Starting to feel shades of: Obama didn’t want to say anything about Russia because he didn’t have the support of McConnell. Shoot your shot when you’ve got one in the chamber.
Immigration/Enforcement abuses/Citizenship erasure: "ICE held an American man in custody for 1,273 days. He’s not the only one who had to prove his citizenship" - LA Times (Apr. 27, 2018) "Opinion _ ICE Is Dangerously Inaccurate" - The New York Times (Jul. 12, 2019) Today: and also 20% of House Republicans cosponsored a Trump-supported bill for ending birthright citizenship.
A lot of European countries dont do automatic birthright citizenship. I think making a clear pathway for citizenship and bringing people already here in the fold and making a change in policy moving forward as long as its pragmatic/fair isnt a terrible idea. That being said i have 0% faith that would ever happen with how things are now. Cowards, racist and people on the take from corporate interests run the majority.
We have one that predates Trump. https://www.the-mainboard.com/index...-where-calling-the-police-is-a-gamble.137194/
