it's weebish stuff, that's all. it's common (and considered polite) in a lot of SEA cultures for women to cover their mouth when they laugh, just some form of patriarchal oppression that has stood the test of time in those cultures. you can see Gogo do it briefly in her scene in Kill Bill Sykkuno's just a weeb and I think it's just a mannerism he adopted over time.
