There’s a brewery going up in Cayce by a steel mill that a guy I know is starting Curious to see how it goes with all these other pop ups
Getting Felder back will help tremendously against teams like this and Miss State who have a handful of guards who just pull up from everywhere. We don’t have anyone who can pressure them out of their spots or crowd them without making dumb fouls. He’s that annoying dude that’s underneath you every time you want to shoot
Here’s a fun fact guys: Even though SC hasn’t been in the ACC since ‘Nam, they have only 7 less ACC tournament wins than Clemson (20 to 13). 40+ years
that is fun. more fun: roy has been at unc since 04 and heading into tonight he has 23. our senior class has 9. i love having fun
Gamecock Central bitching about football tix going up $7 this year. I sarcastically said they need to only charge for games we win, and Ray Tanner has to personally eat the loss on any game we don't win!!!!!1!! and some of them were like that's not a bad idea
He looks solid on film. Should be a nice bridge to getting guys like Dickerson, Gipson, and Roderick more experience
Went from being really worried about secondary depth to potentially starting 4 seniors and a returning freshman all-sec at nickel
Not sure where some of these freshmen end up exactly in the CB rotation behind the starters but here’s a guess CB: Fenton/Mukuamu or Tavyn Jackson/Jaycee Horn CB: Nixon/Mukuamu or Jackson/Jaycee Horn Nickel: Jam Williams/see above/Wilder? S: Ibe/Zay Brown or Roderick S: Montac/Dickerson or J Gipson Not much experience after the first team but a lot of talent
Apparently also have a walk-on transfer Kenneth Coleman who came from Presby (Dad is Marco Coleman) who may make it into the rotation or at least play some teams
My dumb ass Alma mater. They moved up from D2 because of the academic standards allowing Newberry to get in all the D1 transfers and discovered that D1 level athletes don't want to go to tiny ass Clinton SC. And regular students don't want to go there for 50k a year. So now they are dropping D1 or D3 non scholly and adding all kinds of random sports like wrestling. Killed the football program which was pretty dang good 1998-2006. And slowly killing the actual school.
Shaky to start then struck out a bunch of people in quick succession then got pulled for pitch count. His form is so nice though. He slings it without much effort
After him was the Gilreath kid who I just found out is 17 He came in looking amped as hell and gave up some hits but struck out a bunch of guys. Overall princetons lineup is pretty shitty
In all honesty I'd love to get a ticket for that game. If we're gonna play at a midmajor that's about as hype as it gets. It'll have a lot of interest around here at least
Hard to imagine that discount offsets losing a home game. This wouldn’t be too bad if we weren’t already heading to play ECU.
Not sure, as this game is in 2025 I think. Hell they could be on the same level as ECU by then with their enrollment.
