I love Lawson but I have to give the edge to Bryant now because he is far exceeding my expectations and I love his confidence.
The UofSC’s proclivity towards recruiting basketball players over the past 15 or so years to play D1 college basketball who cannot make shots within 5 feet has been baffling
That game was so fun to watch. I’ve seen us lose those countless times, but this team was able to gut it out despite that late 12 point run. Hopefully we continue to put these performances together
Deion Sanders son should have stayed cleared of the number 21for many reasons. He’s already going to be getting compared to his legendary dad every snap he is on the field and lot of angry folk like me will not take kindly to him trying to make Lattimore’s number his own.
Maybe in Benjamin Button years. If wanting to pretend act like I’m a homeboard poster that can get mad about anything is wrong, I don’t want to be right. What they should actually do is let the kid wear Number 2 like Deion did at FSU and make Sterling Sharpe deal with it. Sterling stopped being a recruiting asset decades ago when his horse faced brother made him an afterthought.
Bigger issue he’s gonna have is getting Jam to change numbers as he wears 21 currently and plays in the secondary. Hopefully we just move Jam to offense where he belongs.
Depends on where you look. 247 had him high. Think some services didn't even rate him. Jim Baxter will tell you all the time about how he knew he was the GOAT
I just wanna point out that my recruiting projections have been fairly solid over the years for a guy who doesn't really follow recruiting
His son is one of the worst high school football players I've ever seen. Claimed an offer from LSU but said he was going to Newberry "as a decision of faith"...never played there. https://n.rivals.com/content/prospects/2011/jacob-baxter-109314 https://newberrywolves.com/roster.aspx?rp_id=1215
I'm gonna have to stop following Spotted Salamander on Instagram. All their shit looks too good and I never make it over there to eat
