Is the American going to look for a 12th all sports member anytime soon? FGCU might not be a bad pick up with strong basketball and baseball programs. I'm not sure usf or we would back it, but I'm all for shorter road trips and a larger Florida presence.

Thoughts on the game tonight? Very cursory look at Ill State's record shows they split with Tulsa, and lost 2 of 3 to Wichita State. Not sure what to think of our chances.
Looks like they are really good at home. The only team they beat was WS at home but got crushed by them on the road and in the conf tourney. The MVC is garbage. No other teams had a winning record in conference even. I would guess very winnable but need to shoot well.
I'm not great at basketball officiating, but was that actually a foul on bj at the end or was it b.s.? Looked like bs to me but who am I to complain about a bad call going our way?
I don't think you're allowed to cut off a player and essentially force him out of bounds like that, but BJ definitely drew the contact and sold it.
Defender was never set. I don't see anyway the ref could have called nothing especially with bj selling it by hitting the deck.
Coaching my son's Soccer teams practice Wednesday. Just sent text to all the parents. Practice has moved from 6:30 to 5.
So next year we only lose Matt Williams,Tank and Banyard? meh So next year we can roll out something like BJ, Aubrey, AJ, ?, and Tacko with an actual bench not made up of waterboys. I feel like if we can get some production from the new transfers, Chance returns, and our freshman that next year we might actually make the tournament.
I think what we lose in Matt's 3-point shooting (probably not all that much, honestly), we more than make up for with improved ball handling, fewer turnovers, defensive ability, and more of an ability to drive the ball to the basket.
Re-watched the last 2 mins or so of the game. I think both fouls were good calls at the end but that tie up call was horrendous.
Chance and BJ on the court together would be interesting with both of them being capable ball handlers that can get to the rim with ease. Also looking up Terrell Allen and he looks like he is a player.

NCAA rule for the testing they did before the bowl game. If it was just a UCF drug test, they would have gotten a warning. Instead, six games. Fucking dumb (the rule and the kids for violating the stupid rule).
