Balcktop still >
Offense is super sloppy. Hope it's just first game rust.
Jaylan getting hopes up again this week
Robinson (knee) is practicing fully this week and he is trending in the right direction for Saturday's game against SMU according to head coach Gus Malzahn
Have to imagine he plays this week.
Sucks for the G5 leagues but good for us I suppose.
I mean did anyone really think that it wasn’t going to be like that? Even if they didn’t outright say it, it was always going to be the five P5 champs and the highest ranked G5 champ
McClain looks light years better than Keene ..USF is probably going to beat us this year
I think our defense will be able to contain there offense. McClain is more athletic but he is still a freshman. Now we would still have to score which I dont have any confidence in our offense doing
Home game at least.
but they have nothing to play for other than ruining our season, so I’m sure they’ll practice like it’s their super bowl.
Lol, don’t they know our season has already been ruined?
And what are we playing for? The Cure Bowl?
So who's in and who's out today
Malzahn is out
lol this Gus platform
And that's the end of the gatewood era
What’s the O/U on how long he stays up there?
Gus is actually calling deep routes and our WR can’t catch anything
Ball was underthown. Lead him better for a TD
Sending all of this extra pressure is doing nothing if we can't cover for 2 seconds. They see it coming each time
I was screaming the same... If we are getting pressure stop giving the WRs so much room
yeah but 1 of them was still catchable with our old WRs
Keene can’t lead a drive down the length of the field
He also has very little help in doing so
Keene isn't the problem the last 2 drives
Lol, missing tackles like we get points for then
SMU's QB isn't even having to do anything difficult. Hand off and complete quick little passes.
Just no one helps him. He may not be great but how can you even evaluate a QB in this offense.
"Josh huepel should be SEC Coach of the Year" -guy on ESPN just now
stronger arm than Keene
How do we play those crossing routes wrong every time
It’s amazing how every prime we force a punt I’m like “wow good punt”. Shit takes a bounce against us every time it seems
Because we’re getting interfered with, ok, that’s how
I don't even know how to blame defensive coaches when they are in position to tackle and no one wants to
ready for the season to be over to win the offseason recruiting propaganda championship
I do miss heupel opening drives, not gonna lie. He obviously has a lot of deficiencies as a coach, but that man can script 15 plays.
meanwhile Randy Charlton just forced a fumble to win vs Auburn
At least basketball beat Miami.
just think too many injuries to overcome at this point. You can be ok losing one of jaylon, Bowser and even DG if you still have the other two. Richardson is just not a starting RB. Keene can't do everything himself.
A couple more drops or other catchable balls that past UCF guys can come down with. 3
Straight drives that start inside the 10 because one time a guy downed the ball for what could've been a safety. A punter that can't give us some breathing room or ever flip a field.
And I don't even know what to say about the tackling today. Even guys with free shots decided imtheycjust didn't feel like following through. Just bizarre
Not that it mattered, but our kicker was terrible as he has been all season.
Feel like the kicking game was always good here. Matt Prater (Hawaii bowl excluded), Shawn Moffit,
Didn't watch any of this. Really glad I didn't go to Dallas for that. Lets crack top 25 in recruiting and wash out these bums.
Watching that game was so much fun that after halftime I went and mowed the lawn in the rain
Can I get updated odds on CCG?
Pro: my 4 y/o loves sports and UCF and loves watching
Con: he wants to keep all games on until they're over
i believe you mean "donkeys."
the worrying thing is that other than Temple the offense is producing almost the same regardless of the defense on paper Cinci, Tulane, ECU, Memphis
What's the attendance going to be like for UConn?
