I love when I get drunk and my eye test is fucking poor and I get all pissy. Then I check the objective stats and realize, yep, we fucking dominated. Feels good.
Closing this out with a dominating performance for the rest of the 4th on defense would make me feel a lot better about that first half.
It’s crazy to look at the stats and see our rushing yards and fromms stats. He absolutely dominated tonight. But we shit the bed in the red zone for a while and that 4th down conversion was doodoo. Should have been a much wider margin tonight
Bummer to see, but Eason doesn’t seem like he’s developed at all. I wonder what would’ve happened if he stayed healthy at UGA. He was absolutely brutal last night against Stanford. Started 5-5, then went 11-31 the rest of the night.
Couple of those terrible calls go the other way and this game would have been a blowout even earlier. Statistically, we completely dominated every facet.
He wasn't good. But his wrs dropped a ton of passes. They are horrible. Stanford also did a great job of controlling the ball and not letting Washington get into a rhythm on offense.
After the entire game was completed I am not mad with the way they played. There was one big mistake on defense. Outside of this, UGA outplayed UT the entire game.
I’m generally a pretty pessimistic fan, so stuff like this is a great reminder to enjoy how far we’ve come
I am not sure what I love more, that we are 5-0 for the 3rd straight year or that tweet was sent from Cancun. Dawg fans living our best life here lately
Does anyone actually want to go to Cancun right now? We canceled a trip to Tulum due to all the issues over there of late.
There’s a lot of blame on the offensive side to go around, but it’s pretty clear the TE is our least talented position by far. So Coley’s decision here is hard to understand:
We need Darnell Washington and then a flex TE in this class. None of our current TE’s are worth a shit. FitzPatrick could still emerge but I’m not confident. we haven’t used Cook at all like we should, he needs work in the slot consistently. Landers and Simmons shouldn’t even see the field moving forward.
Coley must be doing all of these tight end heavy sets for leverage for recruiting the position. “See, we put them out there. They just can’t get open.”
I can't imagine that helps more than having a creative, high scoring offense and just selling how a TE would fit.
“You’ll be on the field, and if you can actually get open, unlike these incompetent fucks, then you’ll get your catches.” They just have to believe that they’re better than what we have here now...which is laughably easy to see
