ic getting all worked up because mack pulled thomas jackson's scholarship no idea how he has a 6th year but he won't be seeing the field much considering how deep we are there and we're over the limit now + plan on signing 4-6 more. sucks for him and i appreciate what he's done (that fsu td was awesome) but we need defensive schollies much more ic swears up and down how much they want to be good at football but when its time to do big boy football stuff, they get gun-shy go get a good grad degree at another school or something. or pay your way as an in-state guy if you're insistent on staying.
We'll improve greatly per usual, but I'm not sure if the struggles that Kentucky's length and athleticism gave us can be fixed this year. Unfortunately there's a team down the road that will present the same problems. This loss says much more about the ceiling of this team than the Michigan one imo, honestly lucky they bricked so many open 3's. Prove me wrong Heels, prove me wrong
The lack of an inside game, and frankly Luke’s part in having no inside game, are the biggest reason for this ceiling. We might get lucky launching 30 threes a game for the right couple games in March but that’s more likely to lead to an ACC tournament championship than a final four.
Yeah this was probably Garrison at his most invisible, and Nas hasn't learned how to attack within the offense at all, although I think part of that is due to the lineups he generally plays with
Merry Christmas and other holidays guys and maybe girls may our football and basketball and other teams be good because Santa knows we deserve it we've been really good this year
darnell wright said at the under armour game that his favorites are unc and wvu that seems uhhh out of nowhere
ball movement got a little better towards the end there, more Nas attacking the lane off a pass, less Nas trying to break his defender down please
All in I’m actually pretty pleased with the staff assembled by Brown. I know some of the Ole Miss guys weren’t too impressed with Longo but hey that’s as tough a conference as exists and hopefully he’s learned some things. Army guy should be interesting at DC but at least our guys should be pretty physical and well disciplined which will be a shocking change. Think our recruiting should definitely pick up as well which will be a nice benefit. Should at least be a team worth watching again next year.
kenny is rapidly approaching 2010 deon as far as my most disliked unc players. he’s just clueless out there rn
platek tying up a scholarship for 4 years stinks but i guess we can’t get anyone to commit to us anyways so whatever
how does a division 1 point guard lose his dribble while running out the clock with no defensive pressure nice break to close things out
just accept that it's gonna happen and be pleasantly surprised if it doesn't it's gonna happen though
so many times I've gotten upset this year when an opposing team's shot is in the air simply because they've been able to work our defense for a good look, don't think I've felt that way yet today /pitt basketball
so glad we don’t have to see the 2000 threads asking about him anymore in all seriousness apparently he was in the car during a bad car wreck that killed one of his best friends so the hold up was all him needing to get right mentally. glad he’s figured it out there
my aunt who is a state fan just called me to let me know she has an extra ticket for the game tomorrow night excited to check out pnc
nah. been to carter finley before but never pnc. people on our homeboard are acting like my life is in jeopardy. not really worried. should be a fun time
Yea, there will be plenty of UNC people there and I’ve never seen anyone have issues at PNC other than the odd student yelling as they pass. It’s a nice arena, which is to be expected given it’s a pro team spot. We’re talking about a $225 mill renovation with the Canes and centennial authority (building owner) right now.
