shocked to learn Bryn had more passing td's than Quise tbh, pretty wild that in two years with one being abbreviated Sam's poised to pass Durant for #1
https://goheels.com/news/2020/12/7/football-extra-points-seeing-double.aspx Lee Pace had a nice article on Javonte & Carter. Definitely going to miss these guys when they're gone. An aside in the article states that PFF has Javonte rated as the #2 RB in the 2021 draft class.
Javonte's my favorite player since Gio, basically the prototype for a modern day NFL back still holding out a little hope Michael decides to take advantage of that extra year of eligibility
I didn't watch the second half last weekend closely; how did the young RBs look? Stats look pretty decent.
wasn't watching too closely myself, I do remember liking how quick one of them looked, think it was Green
seventh averaging 2.7/1.3 in 12mpg and huff at 5.6/3.8 in 13mpg that huff class was really poor and we're a cycle or two away from making up for it. cam and luke really covered up some recruiting misses
I wonder how bad our road record is in the ACC/B1G, feel like it's pretty bad no fans here helps at least I guess
roy has to fucking change this helping off 3 point shooters we are getting gashed and he’s too stubborn to change
I know Garza's been going wild but I'd like to give our bigs the chance to play straight up without collapsing so hard for once, so damn sick of getting bombed out of the building
I know I’m critical but come on buddy. we’ve won 3 titles in 16 years. This team isn’t that, but it’s laying groundwork.
i didn’t say anything about the future. caleb isn’t top 10 level good right now and leaky is a really weak player. and roy’s over help on 3 has been a years long complaint. not sure what is so controversial with what i said
why the fuck are we trapping this team, being down 9 at the half would've almost felt pretty solid after that start
shut down garza and get some momentum and immediately double the post out of timeout and another open 3 i wanna break something
this is gonna be the classic unc game that i give up on and get sucked back in and then get hurt again
i get everyone is in foul trouble and i am sure the +/- says otherwise but leaky is fucking killing us right now and we gotta get something else there. i would rather see puff
leaky sells out on a pump and then caleb misses the front end and gets lost on defense before leaky again forces an idiotic floater kill me
day’ron helping down despite 2 people being there throws the rotations off and leads to another 3 this philosophy has got to change. tied with the auburn game for most 3’s
Not as bad as I thought would be given the start. Thought we lost it when Day'Ron missed 2 FTs which Iowa turned into a 3 followed up by missing the front end of a 1 &1 which Iowa turned into another 3. 6 pt swing. Day'Ron is going to be very good. Bacot is going to be a 4 year player. I think there's some stuff to build on from this game.
with like 8 minutes left I had this spiel prepared how, like the Texas game, I was at least happy the second half wasn't a runaway for Iowa like we've seen over and over in these early season match ups, still pretty bitter at the moment tbh though
Nice run of action today here, wish basketball started an hour earlier though Have to say I'm not all that confident against Miami after what ND was able to do to our OL, even FSU's dysfunctional talent on the line gave us a ton of problems. Plus the whole defending a mobile quarterback issue we've seemingly had for eternity. The program's clearly taken a step forward this year and should continue to do so with the way recruiting's gone, but today determines how I view this season as a whole.
this is the first time YouTube TV's decision to drop the regional sports networks has impacted me. bummer I can't watch this game.
