Don't think I've ever been as checked out from UNC sports as I've been this year. Part of it is getting older and busier of course, yet there is definitely something in the proverbial coffee that has soured me on the whole ordeal. Tough to care.
just "one rebound from a title" but the media put those expectations on us I don't know what I expect anyone on this team to say in this situation tbh, feel like they've known for a while now they didn't have it this year but were hoping against hope that something would eventually click, the lack of urgency we saw over and over to me was a result of simply having no answers offensively outside of the random hot shooting nights and the collective mentality to generate energy defensively was never there flush it all away and see if Hubert can somehow lead a new crop of players
I don’t get the chance to watch a lot of games outside of the nationally televised ones, but to me it starts with the unwillingness/inability for RJ and Caleb to consistently create their own opportunities, and Hubert not getting more out of them. Leaky is what he is and so is Mando. Nance being a massive let down also didn’t help.
