As soon as a badge is lost and reported, it’s deactivated, so he wasn’t freely walking through doors and various areas of the airport. Although wearing the badge would’ve drawn less attention I assume.
Even with an activated badge, all doors at ORD are secured by fingerprint scanners. He wasn't accessing anything with the badge.
I think people are pointing out that airport food is expensive and this guy wasn't producing income while living in the airport for 3 months. The badge does get you 10-15% off of food though. That's about the only advantage to having it.
I lived at O’Hare for 17 hours once and that night sucked. It was like 50 degrees in the concourse. Some cable news was on volume nine thousand. Carpet cleaners. Ended up sleeping under a row of chairs behind a gate counter.
They put cots up in between E and F gates in Terminal 2 and it's pretty chill back there. Hopefully you'll never need that tip though.
Since this seems like the default airlines thread PSA airlines (An American Eagle operator) grounded their entire fleet today because they noticed they missed a Nose Landing Gear inspection for the last 6 years Hope no one was flying AA on the east coast today.
So the peach girl and the dude in the Reds hat had some shit with those girls then the big yellow dude just eventually had enough and jumped in? The sound quality and editing/missing footage makes it hard to get the whole story. I looked up Miami airport fight and it looks like this happens a lot there.
I assume girl with long braids who didn't wear a mask was the asshole who got them all tossed from the plane originally? I'd hate anyone who got us all deplaned for being a POS.
Laughed hard at the running start to kick the wet floor sign like he was trying to kick a game winning field goal.
i love the - punch person and immediately jump back to evade counter punch but trip over a metal divider and collapse on the ground - move
I get that the dude shouldn’t have grabbed the cop by the wrist to keep his attention as the cop turned to walk away instead of listening to the dude, but fuck this cop and his over reaction. No way he does that to a white guy. Also, he’s lucky he didn’t injure the three year old climbing on the cart.
Was watching Home Alone 2 with my son and couldn’t get over the fact they wanted to fly to Miami for a family Christmas. Most unbelievable aspect of the movie.
Welcome to the airlines. In 2019, Southwest's Maintenance got a new contract after the company drug it out for 7 years. Some of them got $80k+ in back pay from the time without a contract.
American Airlines Replacing Some Flights With Buses By Jason Hall April 8, 2022 American Airlines is now offering the option for passengers to be transported on buses instead of connecting flights as part of a new business partnership. The airline announced its new deal with The Landline Company, whose Twitter bio stats that its "solving the last mile for airlines." “We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with @AmericanAir! Seamless connections between American’s Philadelphia hub to Lehigh Valley Airport (ABE), and Atlantic City International Airport (ACY), beginning June 3,” The Landline Company tweeted on Thursday (April 7). Landline's official website promises to offer "premium seating, checked baggage, and a seamless connection through Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) to American Airlines' global network." A "How it Works" section of the website states that passengers will be able to "book your travel to/from Atlantic City (ACY) or Lehigh Valley (ACE) to anywhere American flies," as well as have the "ability to check baggage and have a seamless connection to your American Airlines Flight." The bus company is also planning to offer free WiFi, the ability to earn AAdvantage miles and "a seamless connection at the gate to your flight on American Airlines." "Landline service in partnership with American Airlines is booked just like any other American Airlines flight. Enter Atlantic City (ACY) or Lehigh Valley (ABE) as your origin or destination and select an itinerary with Landline," the company wrote in the FAQs section of its website. Passengers can book now through American Airlines' official website. American Airlines' partnership with Landline comes amid increased fuel prices and shortage of pilots, which has coincided with a spike in airline travel following lessened COVID-19 restrictions. Air travel is currently rising to pre-pandemic levels, but experts say airlines have pulled back amid surging oil prices brought on by Russia's ongoing invasion of Ukraine and ensuing international sanctions, CBS News reports. Last week, JetBlue announced plans to cut or suspend 27 flight routes this summer amid staffing issues.
Such a shame that the US refuses to invest in rail a la Europe and Asia. Would save so many of our trucker and pilot issues. Not to mention it’s just more economical.
Base! Purée tomato. Garlic and oregano. Once again, pluck the incredible, live animal. Chicken breast, three! Coat ‘em up and fry ya some. Mozzarella cheese And some pasta.
