Kentucky has no problem opening the bank for a high prized assistant. Kenny Payne, before he left for the Knicks, was getting paid more than a lot of head coaches.
Sounds like Illinois is doing all they can to keep Chin and Antigua, feels like a turning point for the program. If we keep both, Illinois may have a top 10 team next year. If not, its going to be lower seed/bubble situation and we're back to square one.
This season has been so weird, it has somehow been completely unenjoyable but also resulted in the first big 10 title since 2005. Thought there was no shot going into last night, I’m still dumbfounded
Your football equipment room got a lot better this offseason. They hired the Arkansas guy to take over and he’s one of the best at his job
Kofi is a dumbass but I get wanting to chase your dream. Need a starting guard and a 5 out of the portal now
Gonna be rough not having him I didn't like being overly reliant on a big, but our roster didn't have many guys that could create... basically just Trent and he was not himself to end the season
There’s a legit chance illinois vs Michigan is a game of two top ranked teams. That would be insane. It sucks we blew it against Indiana in a game we absolutely should have won
Hard to win a game where an obvious TD is taken from you though Think we're due for some shitty luck and a disappointing loss, but I'm cool with that not happening
i agree we’re due for a bad luck game but that kinda felt like the Iowa game and we still won. The Nebraska game worries me the most of the next 3. I think if we’re playing Purdue essentially for the big ten west title, the stadium will be packed and we’ll win
That’s such a good win. Can’t believe they pulled it off. This team seems built for the tournament more than either team of the last two seasons
The rollercoaster of this team scares me, but holy shit the ceiling is high. Can we curb stomp Purdue, please?!
This team is probably too inconsistent from 3 to win the big 10 this year but they’ll be top 3 is my prediction. Big 10 is strong at the top this year
This freshman class is one of the better ones I can remember. Epps and Harris are going to be hell to deal with in a couple of seasons
Not even upset we lost. This team just didn't work the way it was constructed. Will be interesting what Brad does with the roster for next year
the least likeable team I can remember. Just a totally low iq team. Hope they can bring Coleman Hawkins and Shannon back but the roster needs an overhaul. Gotta get a primary ball handler and someone that can fucking shoot
It’s awesome to see Spoon, devito, and chase brown ball out this year but with them and Sydney brown and newton who will be a top 10 pick….how the fuck didn’t we win 10 games in 2022
Brian Hightower obvious TD at Indiana was called incomplete That was one win Refs were atrocious in Michigan and Purdue games as well. Should have won 10
