Although the Iron unis are outstanding.
Looks like the Miami Sharks.
Mettenberger was the other qb name I recognized on their roster so he must have been super bad
Yeah I dont know how he didnt win the job easily.
orlando has garrett gilbert as their qb
don’t get ahead of yourselves yet
But with the way some of these QBs have played, can they cut them and pick up some one new? If so, is a new QB assigned to them like before the draft? Do they get to pick out of a pool of guys?
Anyone can be cut. The QBs had different rules on the initial roster structuring than the other players but I haven't seen anything about what the rules are if they sign a new one. They all have like 3 on the roster so I imagine they go to the other players on the team before selecting someone that they already decided they didnt want
What a shitty kick
Big fan of the no kick offs. Moves things along
Trent Richardson is still so bad.
Are they going to have drafts every year
yeah but would adrian peterson suck this much in the aaf?
No. The available players are determined by region
Hack is legit the least aware player ever
Pattons been diving all over the damn place. Nice play
The replay official being mic’ed up is so weird.
Damn.. hell of a call by the refs lol
I love it
This just reeks of the REC paying the refs
Memphis doesn’t stand a chance anyways... so no biggie
I like it, helps give an idea of their thought process.
I am entertained
Good stuff so far, I’ll keep watching
Wonder how the 5 rusher rule works with play action
Strike while the Iron is hot boys. We out here
Trent Richardson with the touchdown.
lol at that penalty on the celebration for spiking the ball and then ending up in the stands
There is absolutely 0 chance hack can lead them to 17
What’s the reason for the rule? Just to protect QBs?
I think also to provide an offensive advantage
Wow nice tackle
Hack fucken sucks
There’s my Trent got dam
Not sure I like the illegal formation on the defense being a 15 yarder.
Rushing too many guys has to be a big penalty imo
Do you have to be 3 years removed from college for the AAF?
Do you mean high school
Maybe 15 yards if you hit the QB, 5 yards every other time? Auto first down in both situations.
Doesnt ruin it for me, though. Definitely adds an interesting element.
Yeah my bad, it be interesting to see this league poach HS talent
They're affiliated with the NFL, they're not going to do that. The xfl will definitely try and poach some college guys early
Just looked into apparel and woo boy at those Starter jackets...
This could be the NFL’s chance to take NCAA money. It definitely would make the league legit really quick.
If the nfl wanted you to be able to play in the league in under 3 years theyd just let you do it
Perez is the best QB I've seen so far but I didnt see the san diego/san antonio game
those qbs were shit
This could be their opportunity for a minor league is all I’m saying. I hope because the NCAA pimping out 18 year olds has worn on me.
