What's everyone having for dinner? Ribeyes (Got 3 for 18 bucks, gorgeous, thanks Kroger!), asparagus and sweet corn here
That doesn’t sound like just dinner tonight When I answer your question should I give you my full grocery list for the week?
I had Charro beans with pico and cornbread for lunch. I think my stool tonight will have a lot in common with urban Meyers future in Columbus.
After deliberations, my official recommendation to the buckeyes of the Ohio state mainboard is to suspend Irving J Meyer for 1 game. Please accept my precision.
The plucky Beavers of Oregon State will go to Columbus and take on the Buckeyes sans Urban and will promptly lose by 41 points
Urbs really didn’t do anything wrong. I say just the first month of the season for a suspension. The Bucks don’t play anybody that month anyway, a good assistant coach should be able to handle those environments. That’s really fair...
Picked up a beautiful Prime Ribeye after work this afternoon. Tossed some salt on it and put it on a rack in the fridge to “dry brine” a bit. Such an incredible preparation of a steak. Can’t wait to eat it in a few days.

tjsblue , probably Elmer T Lee Hey look, I’m gonna bring up Costco again. During the spring and summer, our Costco adds in steaks to the “Fish Show” they do on Fridays and Saturdays. You can but individual steaks and they’re all prime, but the selection is more unique, like tomahawk ribeyes, porterhouses, etc, not just strips, filet, and ribeyes that are prepackaged and three to five a pack.
Lake county has a weird quad of cities all close together: Willowick Wickliffe Willoughby Willoughby Hills
We have this grocery store called Lowe’s Foods that started in North Carolina and recently expanded down here. It’s like a small Wegman’s. They’re meat section is unbelievable. They dry age their own stuff, smoke a ton of meats, make their own jerky, it’s like nothing I’ve ever seen. Their next wave of dry aged stuff will be ready on the 22nd so I’m gonna go back and pick up some bone in dry aged ribeyes later in the week. They also have a brewery & bar in house and you can drink while you shop.
It’s gonna suck to have both your favorite teams have their ass handed to them by a team coached by Brian Hartline once we rightfully clean house.
Speaking of things to go with steaks, what is everyone's favorite type of potato? I personally am a huge fan of double baked potatoes, loaded baked potatoes are quite great as are mashed but double baked gets my vote.
