I dont think Bello is still injured (been mentioned by staff as a LB option last week) but not sure he plays tonight. Lagos Kunga should be in the mix tonight. Brandon Vazquez (19yr old dual national) could start up top or at RW as well
His touch is off the charts. The ball just sticks to his foot. His work rate was pretty meh but he’s 16, playing 90 for the first time with the big boy club and in elevation. He was too timid to hit some passes that he was seeing but that should come when the nerves go away.

Looked it up. Said he played 20 matches in 98. A Yugoslavian that played in 98 I figured Preki probably had something to do with it. Sure enough, third paragraph on wiki says he played one season due to a recommendation from his close friend Preki.
Salloi did the hard work but nice poise by Wan in the box surrounded by defenders. Wish the kid hit his growth spurt 2 years ago.
Believe he can't officially sign until he's 16 in November, but that should be great. He's also been turned into a #9 instead of a CAM or winger because he's grown a lot and not quite as fast for those positions. But is a lethal finisher. And he might not be the best '02 player in the NYCFC academy because Joe Scally might be the best '02 in our entire U.S. system.
He or George Bello from what people say. The 2 best '02's we have might both be fullbacks. Such high hopes for that class though between Bello, Scally, Reyna, Busio. So much talent.

Just him and his family saying they’re open to playing for either federation and are honored for the opportunity. They say about 20 times the decision which country he’ll finally choose hasn’t been decided yet but he also says Dos Santos is his idol and he wants to be like him.

He isn't eligible to play MLS at this point because he hasn't been with FCD for a year. The only options for playing time at this point were loan to USL, but most USL teams are not looking to integrate an 18 year old CB mid-season or loan to Bayern who is in a youth partnership with FCD.
