Looking like a classic ‘fuck us’ game. Midfields been dominate. Creating great looks just an inch here and inch there away from 4-1. Made a dumb mistake giving up that goal but it was a great chip. As long as the kids keep their heads on they should see this out. Afraid they’ll start pushing and give up another dumb one.
Anytime we lose to Mexico I get pissed off BUT we just scuffed this one. We were clearly the far better side for about 90% of this match. I’m ok with these kids having a chip on their shoulder going into the WC.

Wicky probably should’ve had more squad rotation in the semis. If this XI was on fresher legs, would’ve been a beat down. Yet still should’ve won by a couple regardless and with no Bello. Excited to see how we look in the WC once Wicky has more time with the group, more of these kids getting USL minutes, and Reyna being full time with Dortmund.
