I might be confusing situations here, but I think there was something in his contract that said if they changed coaches at any point he could void his contract so they scrambled to try and find some reimbursement.
Yeah there was some weird wording in the contract. And even then, USL contracts normally aren’t long in length. Which will always keep the fee a little lower.
