This team (US) looks terrible. The passing is worse than that of the USMNT, which I didn't think was possible.

Nice shot by Duka - he's playing well today. The U-20 Team plays ugly, just like the MNT. Why does that style seem infectuous? Does it come from Bradley/Gulati and trickle down?
he was the player i was most excited about seeing, and that goal justifies all of that hype, i have no doubt he meant to do that, you could see him look up and see where the keeper was before chipping it Taylor is fast but he is a terrible finisher
the 07 team with adu, altidore, rogers, zizzo, bradley and szetela played really attractive soccer 4-1 to the US Ownby with a nice finish after a long run
Can somebody give me a quick recap of the game. Reading the posts it sounded as if we played ugly but the score would not indicate that.
\ The first 40 minutes was almost unwatchable. Neither team could string more than 2 or 3 decent passes together. woke up and scored right before the half and then right after the halftime break. The game really opened up and then the US scored its 3rd against the run of play. The 3rd goal was similar to Gerrards from this weekend. Im not sure if it was even a shot but it was a great goal regardless. The kid chipped the goalie with his left from outside the 18. Cameroon scored their only goal after the US pulled all the way back and then the US scored its 4th on a counterattack. The last 45 was definitely well played and entertaining soccer. Cameroon probably couldve had 1 or 2 more goals but their strikers couldnt finish and were both pulled around 60 minutes. Germany tied NKorea so the is in a good spot with their last game coming against NKorea while Germany and Cameroon have to battle it out.
