Anybody else thinks ND covers 10? :idk:
Don't think they win, but I think they make it a game.

Probably a no play for me. If I were to play it, I'd play usc. Nd wants to throw the ball. Usc has one of the top 2 secondaries in the country. This isn't purdue or michigan state. I think nd will be able to move the bal some, just not score much. 27-10 type game, imo

In my pickem I took ND. Just a gut feeling that ND will play well at home. I think ND scores between 14-21 pts. but can their D hold? If ND can hold USC under 28 I think they cover. I don't like the USC offense, but I down right hate ND's defense. Can Barkley and Co. score 28+ when you know ND will stack the box and make him beat them?

The more I think about it, I think it will be a no play, but I wouldn't touch USC

If you think Nd is going to score 14-21 and win . You're high as fuck. The same ND defense that allowed more points to Wash, Purdue,Michigan?

I don't think they will win, I think they MIGHT cover. Last I checked the line was 10. Like I said if they hold USC's O to under 28 I think they cover. USC's offense is not exactly a juggernaut. The offense has scored more than 28 points once and that was against San Jose st. USC's O has a true freshman QB on the road in a big rivalry game. USC will run the ball and ND will stack the box. I don't see USC lighting up the scoreboard. And ND has the kind of offense where I wont be suprised by a back door cover.
As I said it will probably be a no play.

    And Wash's and Mich's Os > USC's O

ND's defense has been improving weekly.... ...and all these offenses you listed above are greater than USC's at the moment.

USC scored 10 on Washington and 27 on Washington State and 18 against Ohio State. USC very well might kill us but I'm not sure where you come to the conclusion that they are anything but a mediocre offensive football team so far this year.

Very serious.......USC has been a very one dimensional team, and as Aeroforz mentioned, has had trouble scoring points.......Of course ND's run D has been shitty and they seem to make opposing teams tailbacks look like future first rounders......If ND can stop the run there is no doubt they win this game........that is a BIG IF though.
