    the spread is USC -3.5

im leaning on taking USC because their weakness is pass D which i feel oregon can not exploit

what is the MBs take on this game from a gambling standpoint

I'm staying away from this one. Too many unknown variables.

I'n leaning to oregon ml. Autzen will be nuts on halloween and wil be tough for the FR. Usc hasn't played well in the state of oregon the last few years. Oregon is playing great, too.

    Some things to think about...

*USC has not won a game in the state of Oregon since 2005

*It's most likely going to rain although I'm not sure who that benefits more since both teams are good run offenses and defenses. Might benefit Oregon since it gives Barkley a bigger obstacle in a place like Autzen. Might benefit USC because Masoli hasn't done all that well in rain so far (See Cal last year) and being a shotgun team in rain is less than desirable in terms of possible mistakes/turnovers.

*Oregon coaching staff, specifically Kelly is still green here so it's hard to tell whether he gameplans better for top 10 competition than others. PC obviously has a very good record vs top 25 teams. Oregon has played 3 ranked teams so far, BSU, Utah, and Cal. Lost to Boise State but beat Utah and blew out Cal.

*WHEN HEALTHY (which is the key), Oregon is very tough to beat at home. BTW Boise State game last year Oregon went 5-deep into the QB depth chart and still almost won.
